I had an issue with my replacement ring…
I had an issue with my replacement ring doorbell pro so I contacted Techno Genius to look over my setup. Zane checked over everything, confirmed all was correct and he even spoke to the ring helpdesk on my behalf. I have been unfortunate to receive two faulty devices but I am very grateful to Techno Genius and Zane for their very efficient and professional service. 👌🏽
