Issues with Office key

Best customer service I've ever experienced
Acuired some licenses for windows though them. Had some problems installing them because of the quirkiness of windows, so I wrote a support ticket. Not even 3 minutes later Ive had an email helping me solve my problem directly. This was at 3 am. Truly fantastic customer support.

Due to a problem with the PC hard disk
Due to a problem with the PC hard disk, I was forced to install the entire operating system and the Office 2021 Pro suite. The activation of the Office license was not successful and was not accepted by Microsoft. Thanks to the formidable support of Technik Markt TMA e.K. I was able to solve the problem in a short time. Office migration
I got a new computer and I needed to move my copy of office from the old to the new. I spent 2 hours with Microsoft support trying to do it with no success. In desperation I contacted Technik Markt and my problem was resolved in minutes via 2 email messages. Fantastic.
