This is a scam website, avoid at all cost. I placed an order on 6/03/2023, I have not gotten my order yet and no email that it’s dispatched. Sent numerous emails that I have not gotten my order and that I want to cancel and get a refund, but no response and they have no phone number to contact them on.
I tried to track it online and my order as not been dispatched, no tracking assigned to it.
Fraudulent company, avoid at all cost.

Placed an order, have email to confirm and payment taken but no dispatch, emailed and used form on the website but no response.. appalling service. Refund required

Requested to cancel order and issue refund before item gets shipped. No response yet. Please cancel order number 3271 and issue refund.

I read the bad reviews given after actually making the purchase which incidentally is very unusual for me, but I did and my initial experience was not good, as delivery was overdue and my ability to communicate the problem was hampered by a distinct lack of contact-ability so PAYPAL kindly refunded the money,However the goods did arrive albeit a little late but as this was a present that could no longer be given I asked the company if I could return it, They told me to keep the item and give it as another present.
That must say something about this company which is a good thing in these difficult times and quite honestly I would use them again.

I wanted a beard trimmer as a gift for my son and remember seeing it on Facetube! I researched it came across techngeekhub. From then on within seconds the thing was ordered very efficiently and very professional I was confident in the transaction. Thanks Guys.

Good price but still have no eta on my package

Horrible company, waited weeks for a magnetic phone case to arrive, it finally did, I'd been sent one for a Galaxy s11 when I'd ordered an s8, they now have it back, sent recorded, they signed for it, so I'm sitting here £18.99 and £4.95 return postage lighter in pocket while they have the goods, TOTALLY RIP OFF COMPANY, I've raised a grievance through PayPal but not a lot happening really, I Def wouldn't ever buy from these scammers again

The varifocal reading glasses are a complete waste of time and I will be returning them. Most of the field of vision is out of focus and caused a headache when I tried them.

Still waiting for a reply to a few emails I've sent regarding an order I placed in December last year, still waiting for confirmation of whether they are sending the item or refunding my money 4 months later..
They never reply to your emails unless you leave a bad review so I've been left with no other option!

Sold a product that needs a lot more research and refining, a good idea; glasses for long sight with adjustable lens. Very uncomfortable plastic frame and adjustable lens also in plastic that only blurred vision whatever was done with them. If, in the unlikely event that I even managed to get a clear vision with this, I would never be able to wear these poorly finished frames.
A good idea but needs to be decent glass lens and comfortable to wear.
I put it down to experience

They took a very long time to come so missed my deadline for taking with me on a excursion.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH ordered on the 9/2/22 said order had been shipped emailed them no reply .Ive not put it in the hands of paypal.

I have returned a pair if magnifying glasses, still waiting for my refund! I emailed teckngeek weeks ago and have had no reply.

Delivery was ok but item was no good. Returned the item but never received a refund. Have tried to unsubscribe, but failed.

The product was damaged upon receipt and the company AT LAST issued a refund

I ordered a phone cover in purple, after almost 3 weeks I was sent the wrong colour without any explanation. Upon me contacting them they apologised and said rather than send nothing out they’d send me a red cover, however promised once the purple was in stock they’d send it out right away…. I’ve never received this.

This company steals your money and does not send the goods, and then tru to blame you for their theft DISGUSTING DO NOT TRUST EVER

Took weeks to arrive, in fact I emailed several times and told them I could have walked backwards to collect it quicker than it took and the following day I dropped my phone on my driveway with the new case on and the back of my phone shattered. I have never ever broken a phone before and am bitterly disappointed.
