Why is the Mt. Pleasant store? Is this for good or what? I have left numerous messages and no return call. Went there and saw closed sign. I was waiting on a account recovering, they were suppose to be doing that. Now. What do I do?

I took my phone in because it was buzzing

I took my phone in because it was making a vibrating sound. They were able to pinpoint the problem and fix it for me and very little time. I am extremely pleased. I have worked with them before and they done a super job every time.

ordered apple watch series 9 and have never received it. it was order on september 21 and nothing has come. even got a email from the supposely ceo of the company saying that a refund would be received soon. that his company never intended to treat me this way.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY i LOST 500 DOLLARS. HOPEFULLY MY BANK WILL RETURN IT SOON.

Excellent visit

The two people that helped me or Chandler and Malaki. I could not have asked for a better experience. I needed three things done. Everything was done correctly and quickly, and they were more than happy to answer the questions that I had. They will definitely be my go to place rather than Jacksonville.

Customers beware

Customers beware. Horrible. When they damage/disable the volume up function on your iPhone, during a $350 screen replacement/repair, they'll say it was an existing problem (wasn't) and only after explaining and asking to fix the new issue, that they created, the unprofessionals there will offer to split a $500 repair with you. No thanks. TechMonk, If you're willing to 'split' the cost of a repair, you're admitting fault. There isn't anything professional about damaging client's property and wanting the client to pay for your technician's mistake. First time customer. Last time customer.

Brandon of Mount Pleasant

Brandon of Mount Pleasant, SC. He was so helpful in all ways. I purchased a refurbished MacBookPro laptop that ended up having many issues and he diagnosed all issues and worked to change out the one I purchased for one that did not have issues. He even helped me add my professional email to my new one on a separate day. Really helpful, professional and best of all, patient! I would recommend him to all of my friends as he was recommended to me. Thanks, Brandon.

Poor customer service!

Do not take an iphone still under warranty to this place. Our 17yr granddaughter took hers in when it wouldn't come on. They assured her they could order a new phone and it would be in within 48hrs, When the phone was picked up it was't in a box so clearly not new. When she tried to use the phone no sim card in it. When they were contacted he said it wasn't new so they lied about a phone being shipped. It was used and he said they took parts off of hers and put on the used phone and sorry we shipped the old phone back and didn't take the sim card out. Was told it was her fault she didn't check before it left their store. He then basically said if we didn't like it call Apple. We are and taking her phone to AT&T to see what kind of crap phone they gave her. Never apologized or offered to make it right just kept throwing shade at her. She's 17 for gosh sake! Never would recommend or return to this place. This was the store in Myrtle Beach SC
