I called Tech King owner Julien Mahoney?on the 15th March and he arrived early. My PC was failing. He said everything had to be updated and i would need a new monitor. He did what he said and was happy-however the monitor he gave me had no sound so i brought head phones and still no sound. His promises to come and look at the problem just kept getting rediculous to the point i went to his home and asked for my computer back in the meantime, his father came to the door and rang Julien who lives in downstairs flat,father was on the phone with him for several minutes telling him to come sort the problem out but he wouldn't. Well back to texts with more broken promises so this time i told the father i wasn't leaving till he came out,which he eventually did screaming and ranting like the whacko he is,not at all professional,his car i found was unlocked and i looked in it for my computer but it wasn't there and i had no need to touch anything that wasn't mine,the father took photo of me looking in his car and showed it to Julien which is why he went off his head. I have phoned and texted him approx 15 times and 15 times he has said he will be there after a job but has never turned up. I didn't have any Internet,mobile phone or TV for a whole week and he wouldn't come or pick up the telephone or answer texts,no he's not professional at all,you can be good at your job but a pain to deal with, have now left a text giving him 7 days to pick up his monitor so will see what happens.
