False delivery timeframe provided

The delivery time increased as soon as you place the order. Still waiting for the item. After 15 days it looks like it is in France now. Don’t understand why Spain can’t ship directly to South Africa. The tracking local number cannot assist as it is the national post office and they can only comment on parcels already in country.

I do not recommend! Horrible experience!

I regret not checking the reviews about the store before making my purchase.

I live in Switzerland, and when placing the order, I wasn't informed about any additional costs beyond the product price and shipping fees.

First of all, the item was delivered by the courier in a box that was damaged on all sides. I ordered a gaming chair. During unpacking and assembling the chair, I found broken parts and glue stains on the seat. I am attaching photos with this review.

Secondly, the total cost of the order was much higher than I had expected. I would never have purchased a chair of such poor quality for that price.

In Switzerland, there are reputable stores that value their reputation, take responsibility for product quality, and don't hide additional fees.

I do not recommend this store and will never shop there again.

Appalling company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Sold me a defective coffee machine then cancelled my return and told me to deal directly with the manufacturer in Spain !!!!!

Tech inn are not a legitimate company. If they were, they would simply refund me. FALSE ADVERTISING OF THEIR REFUND POLICY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Techinn lied about shipping on time.

They sent me a fake shipment, recalled it quickly, and then they sent another, fake shipment again.

The item I was supposed to get was a collector's edition of a video game that was promised to be delivered on time. It is now officially 3 days after the release date, and I don't have the game, or the ~$200 back. Hopefully PayPal will help me get my money back.

Basically a scam website

Basically a scam website. They display their site in local currency with 3 day delivery estimates and state “no import duty to be paid” both at product page under price and at checkout indicating its not an import. No sign anywhere they are located in spain. Once you get tracking only you realize its coming from spain with import duty and you still cannot decline the package as they will charge you shipping + return shipping cost which is illegal in Eu as you have a 14 day time frame to return unopened packages and get a full refund including shipping (but not return shipping).

Edit : your reply addressed none of the issues.

1. Pretending to not be an import by displaying prices in local currency, estimating 3 day order fulfilment when actual was 10, stating clearly “no import duties to be paid” on both product page and checkout page.

2. Violating EU consumer rights directive by refusing to refund product+shipping costs when I refuse to accept the package based on clear deceptive practices. Only return shipping should be my liability when I refuse the package or return it unopened within 14 days.

Easy transaction quick delivery

Decent multi-lingual web site easy to use and order from, useful FAQ section with UK price promise. I was kept up to date with the progress of the order, the expected delivery date and time slots was confirmed. The product was as advertised and well packed. They even stocked the 1m battery cable that nobody else stocked.

AVOID TECHINN!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible company. Customer service is awful. For a few weeks, they play with you via emails. No phone number to call. At the end, they don’t take responsibility for their failed product and of course you never see your money. Avoid this company. Besides they are not transparent about being located in Spain. Imagine returning a product to Spain, the cost of the postage.

Terrible experience with this company!
The HP printer arrived with a broken glass screen, after nine messages and emails l was offered a €15 refund which was paid into my bank account one day and then taken back out of my account the following day.
The printer was obviously damaged when it was sent out to me as there was no damage to the outside of the packaging delivered to me by the courier.
Also the company are based in Spain which is not obvious until you receive the tracking information.
Lost all of my money!
