A Refreshing and Personal Approach

I recently worked with Andris after he reached out to me on LinkedIn with a personalized YouTube video going over my profile. It was such a unique way to connect and definitely caught my attention.

He helped me update my CV, gave me a solid overview of the role and the company, and really seemed to know the team well. Throughout the process, he stayed in touch, checked how my interviews went, and offered helpful advice.

Overall, I really appreciated his creative approach and genuine support. If you want a recruiter who goes above and beyond, Andris is your guy!
