I recently ordered a custom laptop from…

I recently ordered a custom laptop from TechGizmo on their website. The ordering process was straightforward, and I was excited to receive my new computer. However, the delivery took longer than expected—about a week past the estimated delivery date. I contacted customer support to inquire about the delay, and they were responsive, providing me with an update and a revised delivery window.

While the delay was frustrating, the product arrived in perfect condition, and I am happy with its performance. Overall, I would recommend TechGizmo, but I hope they can work on their delivery timelines in the future.
