Extremely poor service

We have been using Tech Data/ TD Synnex for many years. The service has dramatically gone downhill. We have been billed incorrectly and i have had this in query since the 11th Nov 2024.
You can't speak to anyone, nobody replies to emails and they basically just don't care.
I will be cancelling our DD if this is not rectified ASAP

Got to be one of the most badly run…

Got to be one of the most badly run organisations I've had to deal with, the further up the management tree you get the more you see the truth, pay peanuts get monkey's, only trouble is A Monkey could do a better job.
Poor quality product with no real concern as to why and it just gets worse and even more frustrating.
How this place is still operating is a constant mystery, not professional in any way.

Wrong Priorities and Pointless Interactions

If they spent less effort on getting multiple sales people to call you, and more effort in ensuring product descriptions are correct and rectifying their mistakes... they might be decent. Constantly calling to 'check in on their 15k a month client' but never action anything mentioned, ever.

A very bloated company with the complete wrong mentality.Westcoast... PC World.. literally use anyone else.

Don't risk your reputation by using Techdata

I am part of small Managed IT Service Provider in the UK. I have dealt with loads of supplier during my 10 years in sales. Techdata have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with during this time. A bunch of youngsters with no training, no commercial or sales acumen between the whole SMB team.

They have no stock. Even if they do have stock they don't actually process your order until they feel like it (sometimes two weeks later). I have had problems with almost every order I have placed with TD. Which damaged the relationships with my customers and eats away most of the margin. Not once during each follow up call after each mistake did I ever hear the word sorry. Not once.

If you are serious about your business and want to protect your reputation, I would not trust this company with a single thing.

Rotten leadership

Well I came here to do my part in bringing down the Tampa bay area economy and get the GLAZERS OUT OF MUFC but looks like people in this dirty state don't appear to have any morals across the board. We'll be glad to be rid of you. #GLAZERSOUT

Shocking leadership

Poor leadership, team leader screeching from one department to another, making you feel there is an emergency. Employee of the month voted by staff??? Lack of direction, lack of training, lack of work on many days. Waiting around until last few hours to try to rush everything through for their next day service. Only proper training was 4-8 hours on PPT and LLOP by H&S guy.

Miserable middle management who are rarely around, do not want to engage with staff. Staff walking around between departments for a long time and Supervisor not bothered. Supervisor making staff feel inferior for no reason. Making up reasons to accuse staff of wrong doings. Telling staff they are unworthy.

Lots of staff talking between themselves and cannot communicate with the longstanding and new English staff.

One of the laziest places to work 'just look busy'!!!!

Some great longstanding staff from 4-21 years, old school hard workers who have earned their way up the ladder not bought a ticket to management.

Such a shame the staff cannot leave without being lied about!!!!

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. No stocks. Employees with no clue. Disorganised and with bad policies. Not recommending to anyone interested in buying from them. Save yourselves the hassle and just use a different distributor.
