Superb service from start to finish

Superb service from start to finish. I sent my controller away on Saturday and it was back with me repaired by Wednesday. I was kept informed at every stage and my controller was very well packaged when it was returned. I'll definitely be using this service again.

Great service repair completed

Great service repair completed, great value and workmanship, would definitely recommend, I thought our oculus was burnt out but a replacement of the charging port and replacement arm it’s good as new

The whole process was a doddle

The whole process was a doddle. Explained the problem to the people in the shop they gave me a price and sent it off for me. The Tech department kept me completely informed at every stage. I recieved my fully fixed and perfectly working xbox back very quickly. I would highly recommend.

Update (18/05/2026 10:15am): Thank you for your paitence while we looked into this. We’ve checked our records and can only see one booking for this device, which is why there seems to be some confusion on our side. According to our engineer’s report from that visit: both sticks were replaced, the controller was cleaned and tested, and the trigger vibration function was confirmed to be working as expected at the time of testing.

That said, all repairs we carry out are covered by our 2-year warranty, so if the issue is still present, we absolutely want to get this resolved for you. Please get in touch with our customer service team directly and they’ll arrange a warranty return and talk you through the next steps.

The repair was fast and of great…

The repair was fast and of great standard. Haven't had any problems after the repair. The 2 year guarantee is also amazing, for us customers. The fact that a simple review allows me to get an extra 3 months added, to the guarantee, is also a great plus. One point of improvement would be to inform customers, on your website, to let them know when repairs gets sent to the Tech Centre. I had to wait an extra week because I sent my controller on a Saturday but the store sends it out on Fridays. Had I known this beforehand, I could've saved myself some time. Other than this, superb service all-round.

Regarding your point about dispatch timing, we completely understand how that could feel like a delay if a unit is sent just before the store’s scheduled outbound day. For clarity, our website does note that the repair turnaround timeframe begins once the item arrives at our repair centre, and we also advise customers at the booking stage to check individual store dispatch schedules, as these can vary and sit outside of our direct control.

That said, your feedback is still really useful, we’re always looking at ways to make that information even clearer upfront so expectations are easier to set from the start.
