Avoid – Refused Refund Despite Returned Product
I purchased a Google Pixel 9 Pro from TechCart in December. The device arrived over a month late and developed a hardware issue shortly after. I followed their return instructions and sent it back using their official return label. Australia Post confirmed delivery and pickup.
Despite this, TechCart now falsely claims they never received the item and have refused to issue a refund. They’ve also stopped responding to emails entirely.
I’ve had to cover additional shipping and tax costs due to a faulty invoice provided by them. I’ve since reported the case to consumer protection authorities, including econsumer.gov and the Queensland Office of Fair Trading.
Very disappointing experience. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
