Good client service

I inadvertently purchased a VIP account instead of the Nocibé mystery box. However, the issue was resolved swiftly by customer service; a resolution was reached within approximately two hours following my chat with Alero (manager?) and Mona (I apologize for forgetting your name).

This is a scam

This is a scam, you receive an email that you have to pay 2 euros for delivery cost from companies like Amazon or eBay and the you are stuck with a subscription to tech2tvgoods and they immediately charge your credit card for 59 euros and repeat that every 2 weeks. It is hard to get rid of them, I even tried to get at least something out of it by ordering something close to the value of my 59 euros but after a few days the order is canceled because the item cannot be delivered temporarily. This website is truly one big scam, I'm hoping lots of people will start legal action against them.
