I popped in just to get a quote on a new battery for my iPhone 14. I Was told it could be done straight away and would take 30 mins.
Really pleased with their pricing . Got a new battery and screen protector for £50.

Sold me a broken phone then refused to help! It was an iPhone and had been reconditioned to grade excellent, the screen was peeling off and non apple parts had been used to repair! The owner avoided all responsibility asking me to prove he sold it me that way! He refused to take phone back as I had had it priced elsewhere where faults were discovered! He said if it's been opened he can't accept it back, if i hadn't had it opened i wouldn't even know he had scammed me! Disgusting criminal owns this business!

Ordered item 1/12/25 and received an email confirming order with tracking number for royal mail. Order was due 3rd to 5th.

Tracking the order the status never changed, royal mail still to receive the package.

I sent an email 6/12/25 and used website 8/12/25 to query where the item was.

I then after sent an urgent subject email on 9/12/25 and received a reply that day.

The tracking reference was incorrect and was told that I would receive the correct tracking information the next day.

On 14/12/25 still didnt receive order. Was discovered that the courier said it was delivered, however the evidence of delivery was blank.

16/12/25 resolution was to sent out a new order and received an upgrade, which was pleased with.

The delivery is a bit slower than anitcapted and its normally quite common to receive a tracking order. It's also the busiest time of year, but a correct tracking order would make it easier to follow the order and have proof that there is a delivery.

Good service, genuine iPhone battery.

My original review was written two weeks after ordering ‘next day delivery’ with no idea as to when I’d receive my parcel. I genuinely thought I’d fallen for a scam site as there were many alarm bells. I have finally received my order and can amend my initial review.
I think the company is new and has not got everything lined up efficiently yet but the products are working well. Well packaged, everything seems brand new and was easy to just start up and go.
I’m not confident I’d order from them again though, not until their customer service and communication skills become more sophisticated.

Great service from these guys. I’d been recommended them by someone else so I had high expectations. Thankfully, they met these expectations.

Ordered PC and came on time and was good quality.
Saw the tracking was stationary for a few days but they explained to me that tracking is assigned before it is actually sent so don't be worried if you have to wait a couple of days before you see any movement.

I left a 1 star Review originally as I suspected the website to be fake but the item did eventually arrive and was as described. The website states 2-3 delivery but infact it took over 3 weeks to arrive. Customer service answers your messages late at night and the original tracking number added was incorrect making me think the website was not legit.
