I have been waiting for my withdrawal for 4 days now. They keep rejecting it. Saying problem with card and to try bank withdrawal, then they cancel. They keep saying they have problems and to be patient. I think 99% I've been scammed. Luckily only by £90 deposit and a £130 win. Some on here thousands. Please definitely do not use these. I will update my review if I receive my withdrawal, but highly unlikely.

I honestly just used to play slots on bet365 but made the transfer on a recommendation, the games are better and have had more fun than ever, I would advise not to take the bonus and gamble with your own money as wage requirements are high etc but staff and site are great you wont regret it

Just thought I would put a review as my experience was actually good, I deposited and didn’t take the bonus so all funds were mine. I deposited £500 ended up with £2000, took a few hours to verify then 2 days for funds to go into my account. Surprised how good things went considering the few bad reviews I’ve seen.

I just cancelled over a £1000 bonus by mistake, can't withdraw so no big deal to tea spins !!!! Oh but it is, all I can do is spend it but they won't reinstate it so off I go. Poor customer service

All slots seem very rigged, over £150 deposited and not one win over £10 on bonuses. One slots I had 300 spins and didn’t hit one bonus, very frustrating and is not ideal for people that are looking to win, you will be lucky to break even.

This is hands down the best site I’ve played on, of course I was slightly dubious reading the reviews but I’d already deposited and won so I put in a withdrawal and it was in my account 24hours later. I’ve had 5 good wins so far and received every withdrawal into my account at the 24th hour mark.

Deposited 25£ they gave me a bonus which I didn’t want!! I wagered it to their requirements, won 16000£ tried to withdraw 4000 as this is the max amount per day!! I went through the verification process endless amounts of times asking to send the same documents over and over again, then 3 days later had a email saying I have violated their terms and conditions in a bonus so they are confiscating all the money in my account ,and refunded my original deposit back, please stay away from this site they are total scammers ,they will feed you with a salute rubbish and take your money ,please do your self a favour and do not deposit to these absolute predators they will bleed you dry.

I want a substantial amount of money and this site is doing everything in their power to stop me from withdrawing by making it so hard to verify account

Made 2 withdrawal requests. They got cancelled as I needed to provide bank statements, proof of deposit etc. There were eventually approved on 5th and 7th June 2025, totalling £600. I received the money today, 9th June 2025. I've got another 2 withdrawals pending totalling £1100. We'll see what happens 🤞🏻

Deposited £100, they took £100.22. I won £47.50, tried to withdraw, couldn't because apparently I'd accepted the bonus. Cancelled bonus, reset my balance back to £100, even though I'd won. Played a bit more and got balance to £140. Tried to withdraw. Buried in terms and conditions is that even if you don't take a bonus, you have to play 3x through initial deposit. So did this, nearly lost it all, but ended up with £146 in my account having played through. Made withdrawal. Waited 24 hours with it in pending status... apparently every withdrawal is checked manually by their finance team. Eventually they process the withdrawal....except my bank says it's in pending state and Teaspins need to "release" the payment. Teaspins claim that they have done everything they need to for me to get money. They want a bank statement showing that it hasn't credited my account. Won't accept a screenshot of transactions.

I don't know if I'll ever get my money back, but my advice would be to steer well clear of this place. It's more hassle than it's worth, just to win a few quid.

I quite like knowing that if I withdraw my funds, I'll get them immediately and not have lots of blockers put in the way. I would steer clear of saying this is a scam site, however they appear to have practices designed to make it very difficult for funds to be withdrawn.

Scam site, be lucky to get a bonus, even then its pennies. Do NOT deposit.

I asked them on more than 3 occasions to close my account because I have a gambling problem. Week later account still open..I registered with Gamestop and yet I am still able to go on this site and deposit. Withdrawls take days and your money sits in pending and can be reversed. I'm devastated that I've let them take £1000s from me. I'm trying with all my strength, not to deposit but it so hard! Please stay away people..

Wouldn’t even give it a 1 start if I didn’t have to, the site is a complete rip off I deposited £25 won £90 would not let me withdrawal money first excuse I had to verify myself which I done then I had to verify my number also done that and still wouldn’t let me spoke with somebody on chat told me u have to 3x wagering which I was only on £71 so needed to win another £4 which I won another £15 but spent £10 out my winnings so was down to £80 still wouldn’t let me withdrawal was told if I deposited another £25 I could withdrawal my £80 winnings plus the extra £25 I had just deposited again they refused the site is a con and avoid at all costs there customer service team just lie to you as to why u can’t withdrawal ur own money there only in it for there gain they will never pay out any winnings so they are always in pocket site needs closing down!!!!
