Bad company.

Bad company.. Tease Solutions takes no responsibility for terminating an agreement and/or replacing products. The customer is completely ignored. This observation is based on 5 phone calls and now 3 months of one-sided email communication in the past 3 months, Tease Solutions has not provided any guidance or answered a single question.

If I could leave 0 starts I would

If I could leave 0 starts I would - please read this before buying anything where this company are responsible for the delivery. I ordered a phone for my daughter on the 19th December, for her birthday on the 4th January. It still hasn't arrived. The tracking number doesn't work and the service team offer no help. They have no clue where my item is or when it will be delivered - they are totally useless. All I keep hearing is, 'it should be with you tomorrow.'
Telling my daughter her main gift is not here yet is not nice.
If Tease Solutions are responsible for the delivery of your item, honestly, look somewhere else even if it's a few extra euros - I cannot express how useless this company is. MediaMarkt should have nothing to do with them. How they are in business, I do not know.

I got my money back only after I filed a dispute to Paypal

I accidentally ordered PC parts worth over €2,000 from Tease Solutions (via Saturn). The order wasn't shipped for several days, so I looked them up. I was devastated when I saw the bad reviews and immediately tried to cancel my order. However, I couldn’t reach them, and Saturn wasn’t helpful either.

I decided to contact PayPal through the Resolution Center and filed a case. After that, Saturn responded, saying they would try to reach Tease Solutions regarding the cancellation. I found it strange that they were able to help only after I involved PayPal. Eventually, Tease Solutions sent me an email confirming the cancellation.

Weeks passed, and I still hadn’t received my refund. Since the PayPal case was still open, I updated it, mentioning that I had received a cancellation email but hadn’t seen my money yet. After the weekend, I finally got my €2,000 back.

If you want your money back, contact PayPal! Open a dispute and upload all the emails and screenshots you have. If they don’t respond or refund you, escalate the case to PayPal. They will review it and make a decision.

There’s also an option in PayPal to choose "I saw bad reviews of this seller" as a reason for the dispute, which might help.

Too long delivery times

The delivery time is unacceptable - for an electric blazer to be delivered from Grmany to Austria, they asked for 2-4 days, while I am waiting for more than a month. Your stock availability is your problem, not the customer's.

Scam

Ordered a Samsung 65 inch Flip Pro screen. I never received it, only vague emails in response to my inquiries. I filed a police report 2-3 months later, after which they refunded my money. I believe they probably use the money collected from customers to earn interest or something similar.

Watch out for these sellers

Watch out for these sellers. They also sell through mediamarkt Netherlands. You will not get a refund of returned goods. Been waiting for weeks, while they received the items on 22th of November. It’s 13 of December already and nothing but excuses. They ship slow, respond slow and don’t take you seriously. I have given them 7 days….

Avoid at all costs.

Been a while but this company is a total scam. Bought a 4TB M.2 SSD and had to fight support for approximately 2 weeks+ just to get a refund after being flooded by bot responses claiming my SSD that was never sent out was already dispatched just to try and get out of refunding it.

Negative Review on MediaMarkt and Tease…

Negative Review on MediaMarkt and Tease Solutions GmbH

I want to share my deeply disappointing experience with MediaMarkt and their partner Tease Solutions GmbH. On October 30, 2024, I ordered an LG computer monitor worth approximately €300 via the MediaMarkt website. Unfortunately, I never received the product.

Today, it is December 4, 2024, and the issue is still unresolved. I have made around 12 phone calls to try and fix this problem, but no solution has been provided. MediaMarkt completely washes its hands of the issue, shifting the blame to their partner Tease Solutions GmbH, who are equally unhelpful. Meanwhile, I am left without my product and without a refund.

The customer service is absolutely terrible. It is unacceptable for such a reputable website to handle issues this poorly, without offering proper assistance or any concrete resolution. To date, I have received no clear response or any compensation.

I strongly advise against ordering from their website, especially if Tease Solutions GmbH is involved. Their after-sales service is non-existent, and they do not take issues seriously. A major disappointment, and a complete waste of time and money.

Conclusion: If you want to avoid headaches, shop elsewhere!

TV is good, delivery bad.

TV is good as it gets for that money, everything else also. One thig was bad - DPD. I have been waiting two days for delivery. First day courrier has said (lied) that he did not find us at home! I have complained and they said that my package will be priority for tomorrow, that it will be delivered first. And it did not happened, I had to stay at home another whole day, until 18:00. And I am sure that it has been delivered only because I have made another complaint and threatened with compensation because I haven't been working for two days. Please, find another delivery service!

Order never shiped, no refund after 13 days

Stay away, my order hasn't been shipped after 13 days, and I still got no refund for me, even though I request to cancel the order after waiting for 8 days and get a refund, they ignored all my emails and the call center is outsourced and not helpful at all, as they will just create a ticket for you containing next to nothing information about what you told them.

Nothing was delivered!!!

This is more than just a rant about a fraudulent company, this is also about Mediamarkt that partner up with such company and the parcel service DPD.

Apparently, Tease Solution gave an incomplete address to DPD (no apartment number even tho I have my apartment number when I ordered through Mediamarkt), and the DPD driver didn't give a single shit and proceeded to give my parcel to whoever he found in the entrance to my apartment building! It's either that or they made that story up to cover for their asses, cause when I called DPD to complain they said no one signed on the delivery, for an item over 1000 euro mind you, but when I contacted Tease Solutions directly, DPD responded back by receipt (it was just a diagonal line which is clearly not my signature), which is obviously fraudulent.

I keep calling and I keep getting nowhere with them. I'm not sure what to do anymore, I was stolen from!

Product delivered but with delay

I ordered a PC via Mediamarkt and it would be delivered by Tease Solutions. Initially it stated it should take 10 days, but ended up taking 3 weeks. I've send 2 mails to them asking about the expected delivery, and every time they responded to be patient. Despite the worrysome reviews about this company, they actually delivered the product. Because the delivery took so much longer, I give them 3 stars.
