Disappointed
We usually love going as the staff are lovely, food amazing, beautiful location but on our recent visit was very let down.
They are so busy the 2hr time slot is not enough if there are a few of you. The staff were so stressed out. We waited 45 mins for the meals then they asked if we wanted anything else so we ordered cake and then got told they had to have the table back in the next 20 mins. It took 15 mins for us to get the cake and we were getting snooty looks of the family who had the table next and the staff kept staring and walking past. My mother in law literally put her fork down when the waitress swooped in and took her plate. I emailed the manager and have never heard back. We love the fact it's busy but even they know they will be, make the bookings for more than 2 hours.
