I love Teapsy. The customer service was incredible, when I had an issue it was resolved instantly and they were so supportive and kind and professional. The flavours of the tea are incredible and the mug is adorable and such a perfect size!🎀🤍. If you’re considering Teapsy I recommend!
Had a few issues with the delivery of my order, with no luck getting through to the delivery company I contacted Teapsy themselves and honestly 10/10 for their customer service, they were quick to respond, treat you like a human and offer all the help they can. Ordered it because I kept seeing it on ads all over Instagram, finally looked at the website and decided to give it a try. I ordered the bundle which comes with 2 sample boxes, mug and a claw clip and I was impressed! The teas taste nice, though a few aren't my taste they definitely will be for others. The mug is so pretty and is very aesthetically pleasing, and so is the claw clip! My experience with this brand was really nice :)
