Not trustful, very slow and unprofessional
I made an order with Teaover since December 10 for Christmas gift for family
original order should be 2 things :
1, Aurapure Light Dyed Gray Hair Dye Lumina Magic SII Hair Cream (75 g) , 1 pc
2, Domestic Matcha Uji Tea Powdered Tea (Takamine 100g) by Hekisuien 1 bag
As they say the hair cream 75g is out of stock , then I have asked to replace with 1. Light Dyed Gray Hair Lumina Magic SR 1.4 oz (40 g) , and for the price difference 12 euro , add
Yae Nadeshiko Domestic Black Soybean Tea 3g x 100P. So should be three products .
I already confirmed about replace since December 20 . but until January 18( one month later , but the transportation I chose is 5-7 working days ) I just received the package, and only one product inside (Domestic Matcha Uji Tea Powdered Tea (Takamine 100g) by Hekisuien 1 bag ) , also from the package paper from Japan post write only 1 bag of tea total weight 120gram .
My order is for 3 products and I paid for three products but they only shipped one . When I told them about this mistake they did on January 18 , there is a person called Joshua said they will look into it on January 20 , on January 26 I asked him again no reply , but till now 10 days totally no any reply !
For my experience and feeling about this seller , they are very unprofessional , very slow reply or even no reply (when I contacted them for product information or package tracking information ) , and very late shipment arrangement ( I placed order on December 10 , but until January 18 I just received part of the order , but the transportation I have chosen is 5-7 working days after order placed ) , and no any reply for the incomplete shipment .
They look like totally cheater to me ! Anyway , I already contacted PayPal to claim my money back ! Very headache to do business with TeaOver !
