Huge delays + costs - with production, turnaround and shipping
As a customer, I need to CHASE Sunday's team to get my items done on time, which is unacceptable - especially when they are making corporate giveaways.
I've only been working with them for 5 months + there are constant mistakes and delays with their shipping of items - which is supposed to be a core feature of their offering.
I've literally had 3 issues now - and 1 for a large shipment for a conference in the US where the items were turned back from customs because their team did not properly understand what was needed / would happen.
Now the items I've ordered to use for our Christmas Customer gifts are still not done at the end of Nov for us to ship - when I put in the order early October. Completely unacceptable.
Also, when things are delayed, then they send the items express - which means that then it's more money that you have to pay for shipping (instead of using standard) - even though it's their fault for the delay.
The quality of the products are fine, but only use if you have all the time in the word in your line of work to wait for things to be made + sent out.
