Just received our Nike kit from team sport direct all the printing is spot on, customer service was brilliant from start to finish and also printing a thank you nhs badge on the sleeve for free was a nice touch

At Dallington Tennis Club we order many items from Team Sport Direct: from annual Club Championship trophies, perpetual cups to branded DLTC team kit and more recently some special kit; for some of our members to play at Wimbledon for the day as guests - they did look very smart.
The quality of the goods and their attention to detail is great, they are always willing to go the extra mile for us. I would always recommend TSD, they are our first and only choice, on quality of goods, service, friendliness, knowledge and price.

Super service from start to finish...nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the kit is great. I would highly recommend us8ng this company.

I needed a team kit at very short notice due to having to change club. Found one on the site and they even held it for me while I checked it didn’t clash with opposing team. Kit ordered and delivered within 48 hours and the team played on Sunday looking like a team. A huge thank you and will be using you for all my teams needs moving forwards!

Product was fine. Customer service was bad. Order confirmation sent saying delivery would be notified - no notification of expected delivery date. Product arrived two weeks later with no delivery notification, meanwhile I emailed twice with no response after the first week leaving me wondering if the product would arrive at all. I suggest they improve their customer service response (from zero) or get some better systems behind the scenes to automatically send email updates. This was my experience.

First time user. Chris was brilliant from first phone call right through to delivery. They sorted out the printing of sponsor and team badge. Sent out proofs for confirmation before going to the printers. Ordered (17+1) Nike football kit package which was great value. Kept me up to date with every step of the process. End product was FANTASTIC.

I have chased them for months for a repeat order Kieren never responds to emails, called and was promised they would be sent out. This is an order I requested in January!!!! We are nearly in July. They have still not been received and we have not been contacted.
