My community purchased a dedicated server from Nitro after Zap lost our old server. From the begining the customer service has been top notch. Over the last couple days our server has been getting DDOS'ed and the staff team and Squiddy have done everything they can to help us out and to secure the server better so we can prevent further attacks. Outside of the attacks, the servers have perfomed amazingly with zero complaints. any down times, maintances, or outages are always dealth with swiftly. after a solid 6 months with Nitro, i can say with confidence, that as long as we need a desktop, Nitro will be our go to!

I would give them more stars if I could but I can't, Nitro hosting had been so far a good hosting server it was easy to setup, and they have many different price range and I found one that worked for me I am glad they had that many options, I had some issues with the setup on txadmin and loading into server, I made a Support ticket in the discord server and asked for some help, I was greeted with friendly staff members and then I was helped by the owner and his staff and they helped fix my problem ASAP like it was fast, I had the BEST experience with this hosting server I am glad I picked them, I highly recommend them to others 100%you won't be disappointed.

When I First Started my hosting company with Nito Hosting I did not even know what I was doing not only did Silverado help me out a lot but Squiddy always helped me even when it was a simple fix they both were always respectful and always helped me out no matter what time or what day it was great support

Been with Nitro for about 8 months now and one of the best things that sticks out about nitro hosting is great customer service. I haven't had that many problems but when I did, they were right on top of it 100%. I would highly recommend.
