I bought one of their cystitis test kits from Superdrug last month.
When I came to try to use it- I found that the app was not compatible with my brand new Samsung phone.
I tried to complain but they told me to take it back to Superdrug. Superdrug simply said that they do not refund medical items.
Avoid, this is a scam company! After twos weeks still no items, no reply from sending emails and the phone number is a no go.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Scam company no contact information no domain dont buy
