I was a bit reluctant to order after checking trustpilot to be honest, but with a lack of good alternatives, I still ordered and am very pleased I did.
The delivery was super quick, the tea is packed very well and extremely aromatic. Their pricing was very reasonable too and the range is huge. I was after some very specific herbs, that are not often available in a blend or even separate, but tealife had them all. Will definitely order again and can only recommend ordering if they caught your interest!

Placed an order and glad I paid with PayPal because after paying nothing happened. No invoice, no order confirmation, no shipping notice. I contacted them days later (by email) asking what is happening with my order, but no response. Then I got spammed by them with product promotions so I decided to ring. They denied the order, told me no such invoice number is theirs (off the paypal invoice) couldnt find me as a customer, and told me I'd paid a different business so go and ring them. I read out the information on paypal (theirs) and told him to log into his paypal account. He then had trouble searching paypal. In the end I told him to cancel and refund. He refunded PRODUCT ONLY not the shipping (it shows immediately in paypal) so after some more blah blah and stalling he refunded the rest.

For a website that brags thousands of happy happy customers and is a supplier to some pretty heavy duty places, I was suprised to see they havent been in business very long, and don't seem to know how to do a search on PayPal and dont have a system which automates order placements (and payments!!!!)

Have a read through their website before ordering, and you might find other "interesting" (???) things of note.
