Teal Is The Tool You Need For A Successful Job Hunt
Searching for a new job has become increasingly difficult. The actual search itself is alot to keep track of, as is drafting optimized resumes, cover letters and Linkedin profiles. Then, of course, the countless applications, communications and follow-ups present more to track. No matter what phase of the job hunt, Teal provides all of the tools you need to organize, track and, ultimately, succeed in the process.

one month paid plan - not as good as expected
I signed up for the one month paid version. The keywords struggle to give me confidence as it regularly highlights words that really have no relevance to the job (e.g. the job spec says 'interviewing users' and it highlights 'users' but not 'interviewing') I haven't had a single interview from the 8 jobs I've applied to on Teal, but have from the ones where I've used chat gpt.
I think I'd be more keen on it if it took some of the manual work out of the edits. For example ATS tools seem to need exact spelling - so if you've got 'Presented' on your CV but their job spec says 'Presenting' you have to change the tense. I'd be much keener on Teal if it helped do that for me. Currently it's all manual.
I'll probably keep using the free version of Teal but will use chat gpt for the key word matching

"Be honest" telling Teal on theirs page - article about buzzwords. then: "build your resume for free". And then it appears that buzzwords are not for free, so it's scam advertisement to spent time and trust of users. Because "free" price is 9$ per week. 9$ is too far from free.

I got a job with teal, twice! I got a 10% interview rate with teal and the whole platform is really helpful. Saves me tons of time customizing a CV for a job. I ordered the 3 month plans both times and, both times I got the job before the end of the 3 months.

The Cure for Job-hunting Burnout
This app and its Chrome plug-in are pretty much the only thing that are keeping me from feeling completely overwhelmed by my job search. Really Helpful
