12 days since i placed my order, it still has not arrived, shop app doesnt show any tracking numbers, also shows not dispatched yet and states processung, my email to tealerlabs uk has also been ignored...

Do not buy anything from this company as they are a joke.

This relates to the UK version of the website. I made my first order, a small amount and it arrived, not quickly, but no problem. However, my second order worth nearly £100 never showed up and I received no response to requests for a refund. That order was placed 4 weeks ago with Royal Mail 24 hour delivery. The parent company DOZE CPD has currently shut down their website, equally potential law enforcement scrutiny. A complete scam. They delivery your first order, then screw you on the 2nd. I will not stop until I have my money back. I'm in the process of reporting them to trading standards.

A flashy website but thats all. I placed an order with 48hrs delivery. 2 days later no update on delivery. I emailed customer service and got zero response. I email again. Got zero response. I emailed again. Got zero response.
The company is a scam

0 stars really...waiting now nearly a month..what a joke ..they don't reply to any e mails quick enough to take your cash though, don't use them. I want a refund of my 24 hr postage and my goods rip off merchants

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Stay well away, had 4 orders with them, placed a 5th order, they took my money and ran, ordered over 2 weeks ago, multiple emails sent, zero responses. Stay well away and do not buy from these utter clowns

Shocking . Ordered some lemonade buds and got ars***le shavings, wtf was this weed if it even was weed . Was looking forward to this and becoming and regular customer. But wow just pure pony Don’t bother

I'd give it no stars if I could.....!!! This Company is a joke. I bought over 2 1/2 weeks ago and I paid alot on my order. I've had nothing from them whatsoever. I've emailed 7 times, left messages on their Instagram and Facebook, but still no reply. This Company wants shutting down..!!😡 ...they are quick to take your money though. I've contacted my bank and if the order hasn't arrived in next 9 days the bank will get involved to get my money back.

So I shall NEVER EVER order again and I suggest anyone thinking of buying

Second order, this time ordered 2 x space gummies rainbow but received 1 x space cola gummies shroomz. I emailed 3 X to try to rectify but had NO RESPONSE. I have now disputed this transaction with my credit card company and am reviewing to warn others DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have ordered many times and had no problem until now. I placed 3 separate orders on the 8th of June and paid for 24hr delivery. Two of of my orders arrived no problem, but the third still hasn't arrived, I have sent multiple messages with no reply. I am a good customer and have spent quite a bit with this company. Sadly this is the last order I will be placing with them and will be taking my business elsewhere. Their customer service is non existent.

Paid for a 24 hour delivery. This was last week. I still have not received my package. They also dont reply to any enquiries. Pathetic!

I'll give it that Tealerlab UK isn't a scam BUT that doesn't mean it's not a terrible website they don't have any customer service and make you pay for tracked delivery when they don't even do track delivery all orders comes within 7 days or longer if anyones looking for a better website that actually do tracked delivery then Moonbarguy is the place to go

Ordered on the 6th June Order #10896 paid extra for 24hr shipping I have emailed every day since ordering trying to get my tracking details and still no reply. This is a scam site and should not be trusted I have raised this with my credit card company who have opened an investigation due to this being one of many complaints.

Bought from here a week ago before going away on holiday and when I returned they where here 🥰 absolutely delighted with my order and can’t wait to order more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent friendly service rapid,secure and delivery excellent others

Order placed on the 19th. This was for a 48hr tracked delivery. Its the 28th now and no tracking number provided nor any update on whats happening. I have sent a few followups but no response.
Save your money and stay away!

Ordered an item received tracking info via shop app. The delivery was logged as arrived but nothing arrived. Tried to contact Tealer 3 times but they did not bother to reply to me. Update the package arrived 24th ( it was despatched on 22nd) Maybe in response to my query though no communication at all.

Ordered 4 days ago and paid for 24 hour delivery..haven't eventually received a tracking number yet or dispatch notice.

It arrived as promised tracked they sent me double amount moon rocks because it was a bit dusty how can I complain and double crunch kush witch smells surprisingly nice. I have just made one with both items and it was actually ok I was thinking this is going to be bad.Its nice to be pleasantly surprised for once
