Never had a service been contacting teako for 10 months item not working and dont know where to start its under warranty I paid full price for it and have had nothing but issues after first 4 months

Is this Company still trading, Company House shows their active with their accounts but number unavailable anybody know their number please advise

Unable to contact this company to rectify faults and complete hot tub they installed May 2023. I checked on Company House only to find they no longer exist. These people have no conscience, I have paid a significant amount of money for an eyesore taking up valuable space in my garden that I cannot use

The positive reviews on here are fake.

Purchase of our hot tub went really well up to requiring customer service where there appears to be none - despite emailing the same sales agent that sold the product, contacting the email address provided on a few ocassions and also calling and leaving voice messages - no one from Teako has returned emails / calls and this has been weeks now - extreamly frustraing and non existant aftercare / support. Okay to contact you when your making your purchase though

Due to the poor description of an item on the website I contacted via email and the chat function asking for more information. Despite promises to 'get the warehouse to check' no-one bothered to get back to me despite chasing four times.

Ordered a 3 piece suite, service absolutely fantastic, the suite was far more than I was expecting, fantastic customer service, I’d thoroughly recommend this company to anyone and I’ll definitely be happy to use them again.

Thank you to Adam, Clair and the rest of the team for a fantastic service in getting everything sorted so smoothly on the complex install of our new hot tub in Scotland - due to a slight hiccup they had 2 long trips to Scotland from the Midlands but kept us up to date with the project and were brilliant to deal with from start to finish - would highly recommend Teako and their fantastic team! Thank You!

Purchased a sauna from their website at the beginning of May for £2,500 with estimated delivery by beginning of June. After several delays they informed me that they weren't sure the sauna would ever arrive due to the issue with their supplier and offered to cancel my order for refund which I agreed. The order was cancelled at the end of July but I only received money back to my account at the end of September, almost two months after order cancellation and only after I raised the issue with Paypal which I used to pay on their website. Sauna which never arrived was always and still available on their website with very short delivery time though.

Would highly recommend if you looking for a hot tub.
Nothing was too much trouble we are so pleased with ours.

A firm that goes above and beyond with high standards of customer service even after the sale! We have had our hot tub 2 years, never had a problem. I called Teako as our hot hub didn’t sound quite right. Within 24 hours Adam and Martin came out and the issue was resolved swiftly! All the team at Teako including Clair are exceptional! After a few hiccups with my order, Claire at the customer services sort out all my issue! She’s was absolutely brilliant! Where do I start, I first spoke to Claire back in march 2023 when she agreed to meeting myself and wife on a Saturday morning.
On entering the warehouse we could not believe how much stuff was in the place, after looking around I told Claire I wanted that that and that , then asked what deal she could come up with .
After Claire had spoken to her boss she came back with a fantastic deal , 4 months later it was delivery time 3 men came within 4 hours they’d fitted our hot tub sauna and ratten garden furniture.
The one chap explained how to use everything in detail excellent job done from start to finish, highly recommend this company well done Teako Claire and all the team.👍🏼

I never make reviews but I felt I needed to to do this .From the start of enquiring about the garden furniture clair couldn't do enough for us.She was willing to come and let us look even on a weekend when they are closed.The quality of the furniture was second to none and such a great price .We ordered are garden furniture but was having our garden landscape so we couldn't give a date when we wanted it delivered. When we did know, we contacted clair and she got it delivered with just two days notice.So I would like to thank clair and the team for our fantastic garden furniture and fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend this company .

Quick delivery.personal service from the helpful lady on the phone.
Even delivery men were helpful as travelled a distance to us-nothing too much trouble.

Our rattan garden furniture set was quickly delivered within a few days of ordering. An initial call to confirm the delivery date and times was received, and this was met on the day of delivery.

Delivery men helpfully got the furniture into the back garden, including lifting over a neighbours garden fence into our rear garden as the sofa piece was too large to fit through our porch.

We would highly recommend this Birmingham based company to others.
