Teach Sunday School exists to help individuals, families, and churches grow in biblical understanding through thoughtfully designed faith-based learning resources. We create Bible studies, Scripture cards, journals, and educational tools that are meant to be practical, approachable, and easy to use in everyday life. We are a small, independent business with a mission-driven focus. Every product we offer is created in-house with care, prayer, and a deep respect for Scripture. Our resources are used by parents, teachers, small groups, and individuals across the United States and beyond who are looking for meaningful ways to study and apply the Bible. Most of our orders are fulfilled digitally or shipped directly to customers, and while the majority of orders are completed smoothly, we recognize that issues can occasionally arise — including delivery delays, confusion about digital versus physical products, or unmet expectations. When that happens, we genuinely want to make things right. Feedback from customers helps us improve our communication, processes, and products, and we take it seriously. Customer support is handled by a small team, not an automated system, and we aim to respond as promptly and personally as possible. We are continually refining our product descriptions, fulfillment timelines, and post-purchase communication to ensure customers know exactly what to expect. We are grateful to those who choose to use our resources and to those who take the time to share their experience. Our goal is always to serve with integrity, clarity, and care.

I have been paying 21.95 per month for several months now with nothing received, and I didnt sign up for this. How do you get them to stop and refund? This is ridiculous. I asked them if I could print anything with this subscription after realizing they were not going to remove or refund the last several months...NO RESPONSE. I asked them what we get with this subscription....NO RESPONSE....I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. I guess we will all have to file a lawsuit...What a shame.
UPDATE: I went to Clickbank on Facebook and contacted them through messenger. After arguing with them for a while, they did refund 2 payments...I am still out over 60.00. They basically said they were sorry it happened but there was only so much they could do. I have sent other e-mails asking about the refund of the 60.00. Let's see where that goes.
I am kicking myself for not checking reviews because I fell for the same trick everyone else is complaining about. I made a one time purchase only to realize several months later (I had health issues that distracted me from closely monitoring my accounts) that they'd set up an automatic recurring monthly payment of $19.99 without my consent! I am very careful when I purchase anything to check every little box and read all the fine print. There was NOTHING in the checkout process that asked for my consent to automatic payments nor anything that even mentioned automatic payments or ongoing charges of any kind. And I never sign up for "free trial" crap because I don't want to forget to cancel and be charged. If I had seen any hint of recurring charges or "subscription" anywhere in the checkout process, I would have backed out and not completed my purchase. This company is flat out stealing customers' information and fraudulently setting up automatic payments. Shame on them! I have filed a complaint with PayPal and reached out to the company and am awaiting a response. Buyer beware!!!
Purchase on time many months ago.
Never authorized recurring automatic billing of $19.95.
Total scam using God to do so.
Let his wrath handle this.
Automatic subscription enabled without consent. A little ridiculous...
They are charging me a subscription fee. It is in possible to cancel it. Very sneaky for a "Sunday school company "
Same complaint... subscription billing not agreed to and can't locate a way to discontinue charges!
Beware, beware! I made one $11 purchased and discovered 8 months later that I had been charged $19.99 monthly each month. I never authorized a recurring charge, never received anything to warrant a recurring charge, and was unsuccessful in getting a refund from them except for the final charge.
I sent an email to marykate for a complete refund with charges that began January of this year. To date no response, no emails of receipts for charges. Can onlyc h at with a third party for refund info. I will be doing a charge back with my cc. Fraudulent company
I signed up for two printable resources. Apparently I'd also agreed to a subscription service. It is VERY unclear when you purchase something that you are also agreeing to a subscription. This seems shady to not make it more clear during checkout! Tons of reviews attest to the fact that I'm not alone in this experience.
Just like other reviews I had no idea I was signing up for a subscription. I just wanted to order one printable for my granddaughters.
I purchased a $5 bible timeline to download and print for my Sunday school kids to color and was tricked into being automatically billed for a subscription I wasn't aware of. As I go back and look at the website I see that many tactics were used to hide and distract from the fact that there was an automatic subscription including putting it in the fine print, making other words larger, bold, and colored.
Not only do they scam you with one hidden $19.99 subscription but after checkout, they try to upsell you on another $1 product that has another hidden subscription for $19.00.
It's absolutely disgusting that a Christian Sunday School company is scamming people like this. I can't even believe it!
The most damning thing they did was try to defraud me by doctoring my receipt. When I tried to ask for a refund they sent me an edited receipt that had the words “Recurring Sale Notice”. The receipt I received did not say “Recurring Sale Notice”. I have attached screenshots of this.
I bought a $9 set of printable Bible bookmarks from this teachsundayschool.com site, using Paypal to pay, and a month later got an automatic $19.99 charged to Paypal for "KidMin Power Pack," which I have no idea what it was. I called the 800 number for this company shown on my Paypal account and was able to get the charge refunded and the "future monthly payments" stopped. I was told the KidMin Power Pack was a "bonus" that came along with the Bible bookmarks for $19.99/mo, but the service rep couldn't even tell me what the "KidMin Power Pack" is. I told her is sounded like a backup battery to charge a device and I had ordered no such thing, nor authorized any "bonus" costing $19.99 per month. Sounds like a scam to me. She did agree to refund my $19.99 and cancel the "subscription," whatever that was.
