After my first attempt to pay with PayPal, I was asked to pay again, with no explanation. Sending the same information again completed the purchase, but how about an explanation?

The last thing I want to do is order twice, or, even worse, pay twice for one purchase.

i will never ever buy anything from them again the don’t even deserved one star i order tire a month ago was supposed to be free delivery the send me a email i have to pay for delivery the charge me a extra delivery protection i decided the google there adress to pick up the tire my self at the adress the have on the internet site end up the adress is not there the move for like 6 years i am still waiting for those tire the tracking number the give doesn’t work

the people were very helpful and responsive ,quick to ship as well

Easy to navigate website

Avoid. Ordered an exhaust in September and the ETA has been moved multiple times (October → November → December → now January). Still no tracking number or confirmed ship date. Feels like they’re selling items they can’t actually deliver.

Hello all, just wanted to say thank you. The website is easy to deal with. I love the selection that was provided and purchasing. My products was simply fast and easy.

My invoice for an item I wanted to order went from free shipping to $160 for shipping - more than half of the cost of what I wanted to buy, because I live in the capital of the Yukon - I cancelled my order. That being said, their sales rep got in touch with me and offered to send the item for $45 which was very fair. I was impressed by their willingness to work with me.

Again I searching for bug deflector. On TDOT by mistake they show it fitting for cx-30. I command it and it not fit. With TDOT we fix the problem. I send pics on cx5,cx3 and cx30 to help them. Once everything done they offer me crédit or refund. I Take refund cause i don’t find the product. Everything was done respectfully and friendly and… I receive a 10%

Very disappointed in TDOT.
Order a product for my Ford F150 ($185) and then confirmed that it was the correct part for my specific year and model.

Two days later I received an email notifying me of an additional shipping charge of $102 despite qualifying for "free shipping" as part of the Black Friday promotions.

If I would have known about this extra shipping charge, I would have bought the same item from a competitor for $210.

That's it. I am done with TDOT. This is the 3rd time that there has been an issue with an order, delivery, or extra charges.

I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.

Product I purchased wasn't available so I was disapointed, but they have good customer service and refunded me.

I was very happy with my purchase. After reaching out to them about my order customer service was very good at tracking things for me and keeping me informed.

I’ve been ordering from TDot Performance for over a decade. Great company with great deals. My last order was for a MBRP Catback exhaust that Francis in the help department went above and beyond to check to make sure from the manufacturer that would fit my Avalanche. How many performance part stores do that? The fact that he took the time to consult the manufacturer says a lot to a customer IMO. Also free shipping on all there products is an absolute bonus. Thanks TDot and keep up the great work.

Save your money and go somewhere else, it’s clear now like Canadian businesses are suffering when they hire people with the IQ of a wet sponge to liaise with customers

TDOT is a joke they started right from the beginning every 3 days asking me stupid question about my order over and over again saying they were confirming the parts in the order just stalling to actually ship the product then just always saying we’re so sorry for this unfortunate experience we’re in contact with the supplier after 21 days and still no confirmation it’s been shipped I asked for a refund and now won’t return my emails stay away from TDOT if you don’t want to just get told crap

Very little to no communication, hides behind a face Canadian website and then ships from USA causing upwards of $100 in import fees that are in no way disclosed until package ships. Pretty greasy company and I haven’t even gotten to see product quality yet

Really unfortunate experience. Ordered floor mats and headlights for my father's truck who passed away earlier this year. Wanted to have it all completed by his birthday which was in November.

Recieved the floor mats within a few weeks, great service initially as the ones I chose regardless of me entering in vehicle details was incorrect but quickly fixed.

I ordered Spyder headlights which I patiently waited for 1.5 months before emailing and asking for an update. Was told they would ship out November 14. I gave them an extra week past November 14 before reaching out again. I am told on back order no ETA. okay no problem, would have been great to know 2 months ago but no problem. Looked at other options and found ANZO 111406 headlights and was told these are in "stock". Please confirm if you want these and we will go ahead and switch the purchase and just charge the difference.

This was at 12:30am on November 26th. It is now the evening of December 2nd and I have not gotten a single response from anyone.

Over 5 business days. Now I totally get it, it's black Friday, you guys are busy... But a simple response to acknowledge that id like to go ahead with the purchase would be great.

So instead I've requested to cancel this order and had my husband re order the headlights I want as I'm sure I'll get a response quicker that way. So now I will wait for a return on my credit card, wait for these to come in and never purchase moving forward with TDOT performance. With 6 vehicles between my husband and myself, it's a shame as he had nothing but great things to say which is why I bought from you in the first place.

Thank you TDOT for having the worst communication I have seen in a while and for taking away my chance to make my dad's truck a little more amazing for the first birthday we celebrate without him.
