4 stars because you still respond and quickly take action when wrongly shipping the item. But another missing star is due to the item not exactly like in the description. For example blue switch keyboard, but shipping the red switch and give spare of blue switch

Cheap price and easy to buy from this page. A little bit dent on the top side of the box maybe because of the courier fault. Headphone was good, the sound is clear and a little bit hurt at your ears if use it continuosly for a long time because of the tightness. Maybe will be better when use it after couple of times.
