One company you should avoid.

I found a job at ViaSat through a temp contract company name TCW Global, with other names Target OW and TOW Global. After three months on the job, the position was terminated, I filed an unemployment Insurance (UI) with the Georgia Labor Department. The application was denied due to TCW Global changed the termination condition from "Stop Working" order to "Part-time / Variable-hour work" status. The reason for the change was TCW Global avoided the UI payment.
This company has very poor management and is rude to its contractors. Never ever work for this company.
