Don't bother
It's a shame what happened to the site. It used to be legitimate and their support team was existent and helpful at the time (like 3 years ago). I remembered the site again back in December and decided pay for some credits to try and win some more things and I did. Outside of the shipping email notice which is probably automated, I got nothing. Fast forward to March, still nothing. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank to get my money back because they wouldn't even answer to the bank according to the customer service rep on the phone with me.
Anyways fast forward to June and I get a package at the door and it's the items I had won back in December. No communication, no follow up emails, no nothing this entire time.
No skin off my nose since I got my money back and got free stuff from it in the process, but I would really rather not go through this again and I would advise people to go elsewhere if you want to gamble for cards and expect to see the cards you've won before the inevitable heat death of the universe.

As of 2025, site is abandoned and stealing money from customers. No physical orders have been sent out since last year (December 2024) and support is non existent! BEWARE SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE!

Never received cards
I placed a withdrawal a month ago and never received it. Emailed their support a week ago and they never got back to me. I wouldn't deposit any money with them, seems like they abandoned the site.
