Still waiting for my €1.103 refund

Tomorrow it will be exactly a year ago that I placed a €1.103 Journey Together order. Since it hadn’t been delivered by July 21st, I cancelled the order. The cancellation was confirmed two days later, however no refund was made.

I emailed again at the beginning of September. 6 days later I received what looked like ‘proof’ of refund, but no transfer was made.

My later messages (both e-mail and instagram) remained unanswered. Only thing I keep receiving is their newsletter.

I notice they occasionally set things straight in reaction to reviews, so I’m very curious whether they will respond to this one and finally give me my money back.

Just very bad webshop

Sends orders much later than advertised on the website, does not respond to emails for a week, and does not respond to requests for returns or even processes send returns. Do not order here

Journey together pre order

I did a pre order for the journey together that was never fulfilled, I messaged about a refund/update on the package in March and they said they had delays and later on I saw that they may have the stock by August. I waited for more info But it wasn't till I had to email them again to get a refund thankfully the money was sent back. Communication should be better as I should be informed about what's going on with my order and that it will never actually be fulfilled.

Good

Fast Service.

Contact them via E-Mail most reliable option to reach.

They resolved my matter in record speed.
I still would not reccomend pre-ordering as the orderlink became invalid after a time and cause a missunderstanding.

Horrible

Ordered 3rd of September a case of Journey Together ETBs. 9th of September contacted them as there was no update on the order and they answered the same day that they were waiting for supplier's restock and that it should happen in October.

Messaged them again 14th October asking about it, and again on the 25th and received no answer at all. Opened a case on PayPal on the 29th of October and they answered within 10 minutes of the case being opened, after informing them I want a refund they stopped answering again until 6th November where they said if I cancel the case in PayPal they'd refund me "immediately" (to my believe, if you cancel a case in PayPal you cannot open it again).

Seeing the reviews in here it looks like they are not a trustworthy shop and maybe use these kind of orders to fund themselves until banks/PayPal refund the clients after months.

Complete refund received

I purchased a Pokémon TCG product from this seller in February 2025 and, to this day, I have not received a refund. I am aware of the distribution issues affecting these products. However, this seller had promised a full refund by September 2025 if the items were not received from the supplier. That refund has still not been issued.

I have attempted to contact the seller multiple times via email (to which I received replies only until May 2025), through the contact form on the website, and via WhatsApp, using the number provided in a previous email - all without success.

I am also writing here in the hope that the seller will get in touch with me through this platform, as I have seen them respond to other customers in a similar situation.

I am, of course, willing to reconsider my rating and update this review should I receive a full refund for my order.

EDIT: The seller has reached out to me, explained that the delay was due to personal circumstances, and has now issued a full refund. I appreciated their follow-up and the resolution provided. Considering this, I will definitely consider purchasing Pokémon TCG products from this shop in the future if they become available again. Communication could still be improved a little, but overall I’m satisfied with how things were eventually resolved.

Partial refund scam

So I opened preorder for Pokemon Journey Together (on 12.2.2025, there was no info on the site about potential delay). He delayed the release for 3 months. I asked for refund and he said he can only refund (473€ out of 500€), because he has the right to do so and is written on the webpage.
He claimed that under some imaginary EU law/regulation he can do it, but it is ILLEGAL. I had to open the Paypal claim, and I finally after 1 month got the full refund by Paypal not him.
He is scamming people and not covering Paypal fees that he should by Paypal TOS.

Don't order from him as he doesn't even understand how payment providers work and delaying the release of products without any notice.

(Dont listen to his replies as he is spreading miss information, I have all the proof)

Edit:
You NEVER OFFERED the full amount I payed. You should read Paypal Terms and conditions about being a seller next time and who covers the transaction fees :)

From the beginning we have answered your questions and also when you made the pre-order things where already shared about delays. We didn't expect these issues would take months or within current situation for the rest of the year. We accepted a refund. We don't understand you mention this as a partial refund scam as we have made screenshots and shared these with you where you could see the Netto payment and refund we did that was exactly the same amount. How can you call that a partial scam? As you keep changing your review, we will not follow that same line or replies. You didn't share your order information with us, but because of the value and date we were able to identify your order. You placed an order for the exact amount of €489.90 and Netto we received €472.89. People can calculate the difference and see that this is the exact percentage that PayPal charge and see this is not a scam as there is 0 profit on it. Unfortunately, you see more and more shops are either stop with PayPal or add a charge on top of selecting the payment option to cover the cost. We didn't want this as when the order would be fulfilled it's fine for us to cover the cost. Our last words for this have a great day and we have learned some new lessons which we can take to improve ourselves.
