Had FMT at Taymount clinic in November…
Had FMT at Taymount clinic in November 2025 due to chronic digestive issues like SIBO and Inflammation going on for decades and this was basically a last resort. I should have done this years ago as in 5 weeks my extreme exhaustion has gone, my joint pain is so much better its hard to believe, my bloating has gone and so has my long lasting constipation and any little bloating i do get is gone by the next morning.
My issue I believe all stemmed from heavy use of antibiotics for various reasons including sepsis.
I am still having issues with food and tinnitus and sleep but this is a work in progress and the improvement in quality of life is very very high and I am working on my diet currently to resolve the remaining issues.
I would highly advise anyone with such issues to make contact with the clinic, I was going to go years ago and my GP put me off, my GP was wrong this had changed my life so much I'm so grateful. I intend to follow up with further FMT later next year.
These changes were quite quick to happen some things felt almost instant within days and some within a few weeks, maybe more improvements will follow.
Thank you to Annie who was amazing , she was so kind and caring and made me feel comfortable in what is a difficult situation. A lovely lady who is a credit to the Taymount Clinic and would do anything to help you, she lent me books to read and gave me lots of great advice as she is very knowledgeable.
I was a bit anxious about the actual treatment but its fairly simple and straightforward.
