Taylors Removals Reviews 

Very unimpressed. The removal van left before it had completed loading up our items, and we had no room in vehicles to take them ourselves. Two fans broken, one floor standing snapped in half and hidden behind boxes. Items found smashed in 4 boxes - two irreplaceable, all well wrapped and secure. Then I discoverd that I had 7 days in which to place an insurance claim with them? still unpacking now 2 months later! No, not happy, and I have packed and unpacked many, many times, with no damages like this before. Sorry, you were the dearest quote, and I assumed you would be the best, sadly I was wrong.

This issue has now been resolved and is closed.

Absolute stars, so helpful even with my wardrobe made life challenging. Would not hesitate to call for the next move. :)

The 3 guys from Taylors were spot on , nothing was too much trouble , all items moved safely , tried without success to get a couple of oversized items in but they gave it ago . They arrived on time with 2 vehicles, loaded both and set off for our new address . At the other end they put items where we asked . I would recommend Taylors without question , thanks also to Rob who organised the move and was very helpful.

Excellent service from Rob, really listened and went above and beyond. Keegan and James were fabulous loading up the lorry on the Thursday coming back Friday to complete with Nathan. All three lads did a great job at the other end too (100 miles away). Quite a few of my plants did not make it on to Friday’s lorry but a word with Rob and he had sorted it out with the rest of my plants being delivered on Monday. The lads were so pleasant and hard working! No damage and no breakages. We paid a very reasonable price and we were very impressed by this company. I would recommend Rob and his team to everyone wanting a professional job done.

Jeff and Nathan were amazing. They worked tirelessly over the two days and wouldn't let me do a thing. Very polite and friendly. No damage to anything. Pleasant gentlemen who couldn't do enough. Will recommend Taylors to anyone who I know is moving. All my phone conversations with anyone to do with the firm were very helpful from genuine people

We hired Taylors to move my mum who was downsizing after 35 years in the same house, and so was nervous about the procedure. They sent Rob Townroe who was brilliant and gave her reassurance through the entire process. Rob was able to explain everything to her and put her at ease and made it clear he would be available throughout and provided her with everything she needed as well as instructions on how to pack her things up safely. The move went well, quick and efficient and without a hitch with the lads on the day wearing masks and taking precautions throughout. Exemplary service from a great little company from Rob's initial visit to the time the van drove off. Took much of the stress away! Highly recommended!

Check out this company on the companies office. They do not exist. Check out their company registration number and you will find it belongs to Specialised Movers. Also go under the name of Specialised Movers. I would never use these guys again. The guy came to see us and was really friendly, advising us about hidden charges other companies have, and how they are not like that, just an honest reliable firm. We were advised that the insurance wasn't a major issue, if they damaged something they would sort it. Fast forward to a £700 leather chair and £100 office chair that got damaged and things change. Firstly they get the insurance company to point you to the small print saying you get a maximum return of £40 per item. Then advise the damage was already there, and was pointed out to us at the time. An absolute fabrication. This company may be a bit cheaper but have zero ethics and it will cost you in the long run. The quote was with Taylors although the company registration number takes you to Specialised Removals at companies office, where Taylors don't appear to exist. The quote and contract was Taylors, yet the Correspondence was Specialised. Either way, the service was dreadful. Specialised have since denied being linked to Taylors until I pointed out the same company number.

to anyone reading this review and the comments and lies by Specialised, if you really want to see who is telling the lies its simple. Specialised have maintained several times throughout this debate they have nothing to do with Taylors or vice versa. Well Taylors company registration number is 06657750. Taylors vat registration number is GB 972104926. Have a look under the companies office a govt tax website respectively. This will give you their real company name - Specialised. Don't take my word for it, check for yourselves. There's the truth of the matter. There are your lies.

Very efficient from the very start in arranging the visit for the quote. Whole process was very smooth and the guys moving us on the day were great.

THE YOUNG MEN WHO MOVED US WERE AMAZING NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM , THEY WERE POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL .
WHEN ARRIVING AT OUR NEW HOME THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PLACED WERE WE WANTED THINGS TO BE AND ALL THE BOXES WERE IT WAS EASY TO SEE TO ALL OUR BELONGINGS . WE WOULD RECOMEND TAYLORS TO EVERYONE ,
