My experience with Taylored Propman
When Russell's Estate Agency closed down in around 2014 I was advised by my cousin, (who had worked for Russell's) to put our rental property with Steve Taylor wherever he subsequently moved to. Since then we have never looked back & have been especially satisfied with his & Cheryl's service since they set up their own business Taylored Propman. They have managed three rental properties for us & being very pleased with their service I subsequently recommended their services, as managing agents, to the directors of The Impala Management Co. who hold the freehold on a block of six flats. The directors accepted my recommendation & Cheryl & Steve now also also have overall management responsibilities for that block. Put quite simply Steve & Cheryl are both very professional, friendly, efficient, always helpful, very reasonably priced, are always prepared to go the extra mile & keep us the landlords & freeholders informed at all times. I like the fair & honest way both Steve & Cheryl conduct their business to both tenants & landlords. They keep well on top of the new renters rights legislation & ensure we are kept fully up to date at all times along with carrying out the various new legislation requirements on our behalf. I would certainly strongly recommend Taylored Propman to anyone with rental properties & indeed to prospective tenants. Having been with Steve now for a total of twelve years & his & Cheryl's business Taylored Propman from the very beginning I think that alone speaks for itself.

Top notch on property management…
They are very on the ball with all the rental legislation and keep on top of the upkeep and maintenance of our properties. It's such a relief to find someone so reliable since all the changes to property letting have come into force. A huge weight of our minds.
