Do not use this courier for online shopping from inter sport .

Only after pushing them in store and on the phone did they finally sort out the delivery, which was 25 days after online ordering .

When the lucky day of delivery finally came, needless to say the couriers Taxydema and Diakinisis thought it would be sensible to take a photo of the front gate instead of leaving it on the balcony like any of rational person . Total waste of time, in the end just asked for a refund, who has time to spend on this rubbish ? It’s so basic but so common in Greece

On 30/04/2026 AT 16:50 I CALLED THE ALLEGED CUSTOMER SERVICE at 21 0256 0000, AFTER 1 WEEK OF ATTEMPTING TO CONTACT THEM, AS THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE CALLS OR EMAILS. A BORED EMPLOYEE ANSWERED AND I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THE PACKAGE WAS 10 DAYS LATE AND AS A CANCER PATIENT I NEED IT URGENTLY BECAUSE IT CONTAINS MEDICINES.
SURPRISINGLY HER ANSWER WAS: "IF YOU CONTINUE COMPLAINING I WILL NOT SERVE YOU AND I WILL HANG UP THE PHONE" AND SHE HANGED IT UP ON ME. WHAT KIND OF PERSON COULD SAY THAT?? SHAME ON YOU!

They claim they come to deliver but they never do. They reroute the parcels to delivery points, while we have paid for delivery at home. They never visited or tried to deliver in the first place.

This courier company is completely useless; apparently, they attempted to deliver my parcels, but never notified me about unsuccessful delivery when they did not find anyone at home - with the result that I had no idea they ever attempted.
Also without notifying me they just returned my delivery to sender.
This I discovered only when I went to their website to track my parcel, as I was beginning to wonder where it was and why I didn’t hear anything from the courier.
Clearly, they cannot be bothered to do their job (i. e. delivering parcels!??)
Very unsatisfactory indeed; I’ve had to give up ordering from vendors that use this particular “courier service”.
