Before charging me $4,000, I should have been told they couldn't help us . My monthly bills have increased instead of decreased. I now have 2 bills to pay. $167 and possibly $221. What was free? I would appreciate a call from whom ever is in control. Thank you.

Everything was awesome! The staff is knowledgeable, and patient! I am 79, and NOT computer savvy, with two left thumbs, which makes any computer work hazardous for everyone's health, and they are all wonderfully kind. I'd recommend them to all and sundry

My husband filed for his taxes with Taxrise, or so we thought. April 15 comes no communication from them. Nothing that they filed. We paid them a hefty amount and as of this moment, it seems like our taxes were not filed. Nobody will respond to us other than an AI on the phone. A very bad experience we lost money and our taxes are not filed. Stay away from this company.!!!!😡🤬😡😡

My experience with tax rise was great. My specialist Marvin hood was very professional and informative with helping me settle my tax matter. I will be looking forward to my new fresh start.

My specialist, Etic was very kind , helpful and patient, since I am not good at computer / online stuff. She had such a sweet personality, and explained everything so I could understand. Thank you to all staff involved.

They lied, Charge 15,000.00 waisted 8 months of time which got me in more trouble. Continued to tell me they were on top of things. One day I get another notice from the IRS that TaxRise set me up on a payment plan before ever discussing it with me for $3880.00 a month. The never got 1 dime of the penalties or fees. Buyer beware. They are liars and cheats. They stopped taking my calls and I considering a lawsuit. Stay away. Promise you the work and deliver nothing!!

I had a very bad experience with this company. I gave them all of my financials so they knew exactly what they were dealing with, and they said that they would be able to eliminate fees and penalties and that in most cases, a lot of back taxes. They took my money in full and saved me 240 in interest on all back taxes. That is it. They were very clear that the money I would pay be worth the savings and they should know better than that when they have both my financial info as well as spouses. Then when I needed their help to update my existing plan and change payment method with IRS (because they said they would retain POA), they failed to do that as well. As tax professionals they should not advise someone to pay all this money if they truly cannot help them. Disappointed and wouldn't recommend. Greed at its finest. I could have uses the money to pay down on my taxes. Likewise, they didn't even bother to call me to discuss outcome either. I had to reach out to them to get an update after looking at my IRS online account.

Everyone I have worked with so far have provided me with excellent service. The process has been smooth and I don't foresee any potential issues moving forward, if something arises I have the upmost faith that Tax Rise will be right by my side assisting me all the way.
I am very pleased and would recommend Tax Rise to anyone in need of tax negotiation.

Text rise is not honest when they call you they tell you all the good they can do and then when it's done nothing is done nothing is completed the things that they can do you have you could have done yourself they lie this company is not good please do not sign up with this company they going to steal your money and do nothing for you

Spoke with Marie at TaxRise to complete my onboarding, and she was very helpful in walking through the entire process with me. She was patient, understanding, and kind. Each experience I've had with this company so far has been more than I expected, and I am appreciative of all their help.
