I attended the two-day Immersion class by Brennen Conlee, and it was absolutely transformative. He explained everything with such clarity that even as someone who knows very little about technology, I was able to follow along and feel confident. He stayed late after class to help me set up my computer, and because of his guidance, I even placed my first bid successfully. I just took a online Mastery Class with Derek Hudson on Cash Flow and RE Investment. He is a bonefide subject-matter expert and clearly demostrated his wealth of knowledge. The sheer breath and depth that Derek was able to share was more than worth the 3 hrs that I spent learning for him. Hence, I am looking forward to the next opportunity to learn from Derek soon.

We had just had our 3-day fly out with Paul and it was such a great and amazing experience!! To be honest, it was better than we had expected. His personality is the best! Paul is very knowledgeable and had great insight and ideas on how we can expand our reach and refine our approach. I went into this event expecting a serious educational workshop on tax lien and tax deed investing. The advertising and speakers at the introductory seminar strongly suggested that the paid training would teach attendees the actual mechanics of finding, evaluating, and purchasing properties through tax sales. Unfortunately, the reality was very different.

Very little time was spent on practical instruction. The majority of the event felt centered around promoting premium coaching memberships and “advanced systems” that cost tens of thousands of dollars. Instead of walking attendees through real-world examples or detailed processes, the presenters mostly gave broad overviews while repeatedly steering conversations toward upgrading into higher-priced programs.

The one-on-one meeting was particularly frustrating. I expected personalized guidance or actionable advice, but it quickly turned into another sales conversation focused on payment options and financing.

One thing that really bothered me was seeing financing and credit applications pushed on people who clearly were hesitant about the price. Encouraging attendees to take on debt for educational packages of this size is something I personally found troubling.

After leaving the workshop, I searched online and realized many former attendees had described similar experiences. A recurring theme in the reviews was that the seminars function more as marketing funnels for expensive packages than as standalone educational training.

In the end, I felt the value delivered did not come close to matching the promises made during the initial presentation. There are many other resources available today that provide more transparent and practical education without this level of sales pressure.

I am really excited to be involved in this program. Although I was hesitant at the beginning, it is worth it. I am learning a lot about great strategies and resources available to help me achieve my goals. I participated in an immersion class over the weekend and that was great, it help me solidify the things I have been learning through live webinars and provided education materials. This made tremendous impact helping me understand better what I am getting into as well as putting me at ease with decision of investment. Steve Willey as been great at keeping me in my toes so I don't stray away from my responsibilities. It takes effort to succeed and I am glad to have someone pushing me to be accountable.

At the beginning of this program I was skeptical as most probably were considering the money spent to begin this learning process. For several weeks I been on every coaching session on zoom preparing for my flyout.. Having a very well understanding of the system in place made my flyout with Freddy Diaz less stressful. He guided me and gave me the confidence and over come my fear factor and make offers. We went over every nugget in preparation prior to making that offer. My goal is to make my initial investment back ASAP, on day three of my flyout I do not think that will be a problem. I move forward with confidence and a clear vision thanks to the entire coaching staff at Tax Lien Wealth Accelerated Mastery Program.

The training is helping me to get a better understanding in doing a proper due diligence

I attended the Immersion event in May 2026, and I found it to be extremely valuable. The instructor, Brennen Conlee, was very knowledgeable and presented a wide range of topics in a clear and engaging manner.

He covered tax liens, tax deeds, fix-and-flip strategies, wholesaling, and many other real estate subjects. Throughout the class, he encouraged us to actively participate by researching these topics, sharing our opinions and recommendations, and discussing our findings. He then provided his own insights and perspective on each subject, which added tremendous value to the learning experience.

The class was highly interactive and served as an excellent review of the material we had studied previously. Brennen also shared practical tips and techniques that made our research process easier and more efficient.

I thoroughly enjoyed participating in the event and learned a great deal. I would highly recommend this Immersion event to anyone interested in expanding their knowledge of real estate investing.

This weekend's Immersion conference was excellent. My host Brennen was concise and considerate. He catered to all our needs. And gave us a great detail on the tools we use. The mindset needed to succeed as well.
