My Experience with TLWB
Before I started with TLWB, I had absolutely zero knowledge or skills about real estate investing. Now, after thorough coaching and learning, I'm about to close on my first deal for a fix & flip with a sense of confidence and assurance about my future.
They've helped me set up the structure for my new business, how to find desirable properties, and networking with hard money lenders, realtors, and general contractors. And managing all of it remotely.

Nate and Chris helped me understand how fix and flips actually work. They broke everything down for me as needed to better understand how I am suppose to work the program. I can't say enough good things about TLWB. Larry, my concierge, is so always helpful and patient and always available. Always impeccable w/ his words and guides in a most pleasant and clear way.
At the immersion, Irving was just AWESOME! Absolutely loved all the info, he is also impeccable w/ his words and communicates in a fabulous way! Down to earth and so 100/REAL. He made himself available to us both before and after the time of the immersion if we wanted any help. I can't thank him enough for his time and phenomenal specialized knowledge.
I also don't want to leave out my strategist, Amanda. If it weren't for her helping me find a way into the program, I don't know that I would have been able to benefit and enjoy all this company has to offer. She has given me wonderful tips on how to be successful in this and I can't thank her enough for just seeing me and hearing me and helping me make it happen!

My coach Tad Lignell is very knowledgeable he has great patience and he has every help and I call and leave a message or email him he also ways get back to me within a day or two he is a friend besides just a coach and just doing his job I feel like we have a bond I can be transparent with him and he don't judge and he provides uplifting words in moments when is needed which provides strength to keep going even when you have not gotten a deal yet and you question yourself if you can do this business but him and the excitement of it all and following and learning the system is what keeps me going and trying to stand on my faith that what God has for me is for me and I don't think he lead me here if this wasn't for me Amen

1 month in and already placing Bids!
I’ve been working with Steve as my concierge, and he has been extremely helpful throughout both my Tax Lien Mastery and Tax Deed Mastery programs. All of the tutors are absolutely incredible—very knowledgeable and supportive.
I’ve been dedicating nearly full-time effort to this for about a month now, and I’ve already started placing bids for the Arizona lien auctions. I’m really grateful for the guidance and highly recommend the program.

Gonna recommend the course to all my loved ones
To be honest, after singning up with TLWB I was doubting myself, I was wondering if it was the right thing for me but From the first session I felt reassured after talking to Tad. He summarized everything about real estate for me and ask me about myself, he understood my confidence level, my financial level and my availability and came up with a plan that I was more than confident in. He's patient, I feel supported all along with the whole team. This kind of support made me push myself and keep going even when things are not going well personally.
