Had this company’s credit card machine installed in the cab for 3 1/2 years and for the past six months they’ve done nothing but harass me for not putting enough through. As a company they don’t care about a driver, all they care about is their money. I would stay away from Taxiworld with a barge pole and don’t give them the time of day.
Total rip-off! Beware of this Taxi company! They charge you twice the Price!
After contacting the company and filing a complaint they are unwilling to reimburse.
Lost so much work because of the system failure sort it out
Pure rip off! Avoid at all coast! TAKE UBER instead! The taxiworld driver gave me an estimate of the coast (80 - 100 GBP max), then he took the longest route possible (28 mile instead of 14miles) and he charged me twice the amount (149.40 GBP). Never again!
Rubbish and threatening beahviour after intallation.
They dont give you video footage when you need and when you demand they email you to bring taxi and pay for strip out. Dont buy this rubbish system as they are highly unprofesional & have intimadaing behaviour.
