Absolutely awful experience. I booked a taxi well in advance and even confirmed the booking the day before, yet when the scheduled time came, no taxi arrived.

I called twice to check what was happening and was repeatedly told the driver was “on the way.” I was also promised a callback after they checked on the situation, but nobody ever called me back. In the end, the taxi never turned up at all.

I was left scrambling to arrange emergency transport just to make it to my destination on time. Completely unreliable service and very poor communication throughout. Extremely disappointing — I definitely won’t be using this company again.
Would leave cero stars if I could.

First Class service
Quoted me a price which I considered very reasonable and arrived promptly at the allotted time. Vehicle was very clean, with hand sanitizer in the rear compartment. Highly recommended
