Phoned taxi. Advised they would send one ASAP. After 45 minutes no taxi arrived
Went on site
Message saying taxi on way
Friend waited outside
Received message saying taxi outside
Friend advised it wasn’t outside
Message said white focus - no sign
Phoned company
Advised taxi had been and gone because no one there. I advised that we had been outside the whole time.operator said, well we know he was there???basically called me a liar!!!!
Advised that no taxi had arrived. Operator said, I’m not going to argue with you we can see he’s been there!!!!
This whole thing is a total lie as my friend was outside the house the whole time waiting. In addition, the operator more or less called me a liar
Because we where let down by this company, we had no way log getting home !

I have been going with station taxi for a very long time 4 years. this morning taxi driver short change me off 10 pounds. I rang station taxi they are not going to sort it for me l have spoken to the manager he's not interested. that why l am going to give a bad review on station it is not fair they should give the right change to customer

Ordered a taxi online followed by a pound taken from my account, which I found suspicious. The taxi never turned up I was sent a non reply text message saying the driver had cancelled. No other information. I rang my bank they advised me to cancel my card. Later I looked into the elptoo fine details, I was amazed to fine they wanted to another 58 pounds to use there service. So avoid at all costs

Johnny's Taxi in Harrison New York the owner John is a complete drunk and a dope addict! Got into his car and it smelled of booze and so did he and he drove erratically and then I saw a bunch of beer cans come rolling out from under the front seat! I told him to stop the car and he started yelling at me like a maniac! If you want to take your life in your hands call him he'll do it for you!

Triple Nos there. Impossible to get a fair rate or a good driver that won't make u feel the end is soon due to lack of traning

I used this company for 3 years spending around £3000 a year the drivers were exemplary
However on several occasions I was left without a pre booked cab due to controllers errors
I need a reliable firm as I travel to a nearby hospital for kidney dialysis 3 times a week and must attend on time when I spoke with the owner he was defensive and spent his time accusing me of being hostile towards his staff
I admit I was upset with his staff but totally refute any hostility
The drivers told me to speak with the owner as he would appreciate my information
I didn’t find this to be the case and felt confronted by him
I always tipped generously and gave several hours advance booking times but feel let down and that my loyalty was unappreciated
I have now decided to use another company instead and would not recommend Yelo to anyone

KEEP WELL CLEAR FROM GREAT HORTON TAXI'S.... CHARGED WAY MORE THAN WHAT THE METER SAID.
I rang and asked why then they said it was a s set rate but when I questioned it they said they would BAN me. Customer service absolutely atrocious and rude. Will NEVER use them again.

Albatross Cars from Derby. Waited 20 minutes did not turn up when I needed to get to station to catch train, I rang to check after 10 minutes said was on my street. Never use again can't be trusted when really need to be😡

i was told 5 days ago Jeffs Taxis oswestry were not taking bookings for new years eve before the night, call back sunday morning 7am. I did try to call saturday on off chance of prepaying, was told price was £34 but still could not book till this morning( new years eve).Rang 7 am today to book..bright and early...told could not book new year taxi until 5 pm tonight..phoned back 5pm..guess what told fully booked for a week!!! now no taxi to go out, as i let all the other taxi firms fill up now as wrongly believed Jeffs Taxis Oswestrt they were trustworthy but they are not..totally rubbish and unreliable and dont own up to mistakes
