I can swear that the only thing to which I agreed was a five dollar chat charge, that was it, I have seen complaints on your website that users thought they were talking to Social Security, I thought I was talking to the IRS. I have screen shots to show that. I was offered additional information, namely, to prepare a response to IRS & was offered an expert to write a letter for me to resolve my tax penalty and I declined, I said I would have no problem in doing that.

Then what do I find? I find a $70 charge to my credit card.

$65 worth of that has to be removed.

Aside from having to pay $5 for an answer that could have been in the body of the letter, or simply mentioning to mail the requested info to the address in the left top corner.

I do not like to respond to ANSWER, as in previous discussion's they billed me continually for several months and I had to get CITI to get them to remove their charges.

Quick response, answered my question right away, and didn't have to spend too much time on the issue.
