Jacob was very knowledgeable about how to resolve my issues of selecting the write form in order to update misinformation regarding my taxes. Jacob told me that if I have any questions about anything, I could contact him. I did not felt that I was brushed off or wasted his time. I am sure Jacob had other concerns with customers before me, but it felt like I was his first customer and he was concerned.

Did not sign up for this, but apparently I did according to them. Says they can’t refund me even though I never signed up and it means I can’t afford food with this withdrawal. To top it off, you have to go through AI and the representatives on the phone are emotionless and rude.
