In the beginning I was anxious and just wanted to get everything over and done with but these things take time and I was told to just trust the process. It can feel intimidating in the beginning especially when the IRS starts mailing you lettets but just trust the process and your agents working for you. Highly recommended

The OUTSTANDING Service Journey with Tax Defense Resolution TEAM. Our Journey began
July 19, 2024 which lasted over a year and completed most recently August 2025.

The Tax Professional assigned to my case was Kristina Plisik. The issue was my 2020 taxes and the IRS was consistently charging me heavy heavy fees and penalties.

Kristina, wasted no time. She requested my 2020 documents and filed an amended tax return on my behalf. In 2020 my return was a joint return for my husband and I..who died 2022.
Upon following her instructions and providing all requested documentation the process began.

The initial process consisted with the initial supporting tax representative repeatedly stating that the documents sent were not received. Sent via mail as requested, even sent certified. The response was documents not received. More than 4 times the documents were faxed to a number the represented tax personnel provided and each time the response was “documents were not received”.

Kristina, remained professional. She communicated with the IRS via the policies and procedures of the IRS and the Tax Defense corporation. Through the entire journey Kristina kept me apprised of each step and the results after each step in the process. When I had questions she immediately provided me with responses in layman terms. While traversing up the IRS procedural levels Kristina remained the consummate, committed, professional. At each level if she believed her administrators should be informed or she required their support she proceeded accordingly.

During the entire process I was relaxed, because I truly believed I had a person I trusted in my corner. Yes, I still had fees and penalties but instead of over $36,000 and steadily rising it was $8,000...and most importantly the fees quoted me initially by Tax Defense to resolve my issue did NOT change.

Would I recommend Tax Defense to assist in your tax resolution journey?? I sincerely and wholeheartedly state YES!!!

022 was the start of a rough few years. Before this, I’d like to consider myself a very responsible individual who always file taxes on time paid any taxes owed. That year I was blindsided by some life events, I sold a home, filed taxes, and owed a tidy sum and I didn’t have the money to pay it and it just kind of snowballed from there. Come 2025 life is much better. I needed to get control of back taxes, while there was no leans against my home or income, it was weighing heavy on me. I contacted Tax Defense I was set up with Connie Richardson. She was helpful beyond words in every step to get this rectified. The best thing is I felt zero judgment from her. She just kept telling me we’ll get this taken care of. She made it almost effortless. If anyone is feeling under pressure, the weight of what’s gonna happen contact them they will help they will make your nights easier.
