I highly recommend Tax Concept Ltd for their reliable expertise and outstanding service — they’ve been truly invaluable to my business.
Excellent service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
This company should not be running an accountancy service, and we hope you are not putting other clients through this. Please rethink whether your quality of service is acceptable to run an accountancy firm, considering your chartered status and we have a list of complaints relating to your lack of duty of care, withholding of services, and now we have evidence following this.
1) Hidden charges — charging for queries. Not in terms. Increasing prices outside of terms.
2) Failed to prepare accounting documents which resulted in late filing of our year-end accounts — filed our accounts a week before the deadline for payment of corporation tax.
I had to review the files to approve them in a hurry, while on my Christmas break.
3) Incorrectly filing our VAT returns/failure to prepare accurate accounts;
4) Incorrect filing of my self assessment
Not including my student loans despite being aware of my student loans. I incurred interest and penalties on unpaid student loans. Lesson learned, to really check the submissions from them before approving it.
5) Late replies and not picking up of phone calls
6) And now, there are many discrepancies in our accounts.
