Trying to navigate the confusing world of sales tax has been very frustrating for us over the last few years. We decided to hire tax professionals to take on this burden for us. The first company that we worked with only made things worse. Since switching to TaxCloud, we've received the service and satisfaction that we were hoping for. The staff at TaxCloud is friendly, knowledgable, and responsive. We're extremely satisfied with the service that we receive. TaxCloud has saved us money, and most importantly time. I recommend them to anyone looking to save time, money, and headaches.

TaxCloud is super easy to set up and use and integrating it with our online sales platform was a breeze. The customer support is outstanding! You can actually speak to a live person who is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Great product - highly recommended!

Michael Johnson was extremely helpful in figuring out my issues. TaxCloud support has always been able to help me with any issues. While the TaxCloud integration is a great way for our small business to maintain our online store presence and not have to worry about filing taxes in other states.

Horrible system. Not good for anything. They overcharged us over $3 K and even though they acceopted their mistake, it's been a month and we are still waiting for our refund. They are incompetent and this system doesn't work. Once we collect our refund, we will never work with Tax Cloud. I receommend every user to check the charges this company makes. They don't know what they are doing

This year I've had spotty customer care with TaxCloud but recently, Kezia and Gina responded right away and gave me clear and detailed guidance. Grateful.

Wow. What a terrible service. After the trail period decided to not use the service, was unable to "cancel it" quick enough and received their $10 no-usage fee. Explained to them there service was not used and I'm just looking to cancel it and get my $10 bucks back (contacted them within an hour of the charge) - they said I'm out of luck and they are even going to bill me for the next month before the account is canceled fully. Again, never actually used the service, was just exploring it as an option for my business. Seems like a really cruddy way to retain business. I actively use Tax Cloud for one of my larger online stores and now I'm going to cancel that too and switch to another service entirely.

My support from Ginia at TaxCloud was outstanding. As someone contacting from our company on another's behalf, I had lots of questions and issues to tackle. Ginia was patient, pleasant, and extremely helpful in breaking everything down with, and for me.

Our company used to use TaxCloud but ended up having to switch to another provider after months of not being able to reach customer support by phone or email. Its strange how they will promptly reply to TrustPilot reviews just to save face but not their own support desk tickets. It’s so disappointing because this business has potential but no real execution of their mission!

It is not everyday you find an employee who is willing to go beyond the call of duty by staying past scheduled work hours without being asked too, in order to asssist a customer.

Franchesca is Great...
Not that I'm a dummy, but pretty close where Tax Compliance is concerned! Franchesca held my hand and walked me through everything repeatedly without getting mad or upset and just kept answering my confusing questions no matter what they were... Not that I'm not confused, but I feel comfortable your company will guide me along the way as I add Tax Cloud to my website... Thank you Franchesca, you were Great and I will highly recommend you and your company...

One might think this is a company just trying to onboard your organization with their API and move on to the next new client. They are not; TaxCloud has proven to be a true partner in our efforts to comply with marketplace facilitator sales tax laws throughout the US. As a case in point, we were presented with several unique sales tax situations over the last 18 months. The organization applied its vast wealth of tax compliance knowledge and experience to our situations and guided us in the right direction each and every time. I'm unsure if I can thank Marion Roger and her team enough; their value to us has increased our value to our clients. I'm not sure one could ask for more from a business partner. If you're looking for an organization that is not just dedicated to its technology but its investment in human capital then you should seriously consider TaxCloud.

Customer service is nonexistent. We have been trying to get someone to help us for TWO MONTHS because their software is not properly reading our sales. They will reply to the initial email but stop replying to follow iOS.

Update: Tax cloud reached out and fixed the issue promptly!

Excellent advices
We are a Swedish company looking to enter into the US market, but the US sales tax is very complex so we contacted Marion at TaxCloud that gave us a completely new understanding on how we should work with taxes in the US market.
So now, when we are soon entering in US market, at least we know what we are doing in relation of sales taxation
