A couple of days after order had been placed I got a delivery notice that I had a package arriving from AliExpress. When it arrived it was the order I had placed on Tavern dice… so I paid approximately 4 times the worth for them placing an order from AliExpress for me.
Doesn’t look like the pictures on Tavern Dice webpage, they’re just boring and cheap - exactly what you’d expect for 5 bucks of Temu/AliExpress etc. So disappointed, I really thought it was a serious page with quality dice.
Got pictures of everything, since I thought I might be worth returning - but if you look closely at their return policy they won’t accept anything else but broken orders or like completely wrong. And with a great deal of fantasy and some photoshop you could argue that the dice I got is somewhat similar to what I ordered.
So sad that the drop-ship business has reached TTRPG ☹️

I ordered (and paid) two sets of dice 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything since then. I contacted the support about my order (if it’s been shipped or not) but haven’t received any response.

Excellent experience with the after sales services after a delivery address problem which was my fault entirely. They reacted fast and kept me up to date.

100% satisfaction with my order and the overall after sales experience.
