Great product and service.
The teapot and cups i bought are great quality. The pouring system on the teapot means that there are no leaks or spills from the spout. My delivery came quickly too.

A very nice teapot
A very nice teapot
I like the teapot though thought it would be glass not plastic, I find it doesnt keep the tea hot for long. I do like the gravity pour ability though. I also like the glass tea cup and saucer. The packaging was awesome and even though the delivery guy dropped it onto the chair there was no chance that the product would be damaged with the packaging it was packed in

Tevalon tea brewing
From the easy way of ordering to the receiving the product I experienced nothing but a good experience.
Using the product i also experienced a very well brewed cup and a 1/2 of tea.
Being able to see the colour of the tea allowed me to draw off the tea just how I like it.
The product produces no drips when being used and if it should a plastic plate is provided.
Easy to clean.

My husband loves his herbal teas
My husband lives his herbal teas, we grow and dry our own. He loves the gravity teapot abs rhe cup. He says that it does not interfere with the taste as some china/pottery teapots do.
