I am writing to file a serious complaint against Tauro Markets regarding their unethical behavior and failure to return my funds. It has been more than three months, and despite sending all required details and documents, repeatedly requesting through emails and live chat, I have received no proper response from the company. Tauro Markets has completely ignored my withdrawal requests and is still withholding my money amounting to $1,435 USD without any valid reason or explanation. This lack of communication and negligence is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a trading company. I deeply regret investing with Tauro Markets, as their actions have caused me financial stress and loss of trust. I strongly request the immediate return of my funds and a clear resolution of this matter.

You claim that your team has been contacting me by email, but that is completely false. I have been emailing your company for a long time, and I have received little to no proper response from your side.
It is very disappointing to see false claims being made publicly while my issue remains unresolved. If Trustpilot allowed attaching proof here, I would gladly show everyone the email records to prove how long I have been trying to contact your team and how unresponsive your support has been.
This behavior is highly unprofessional and misleading. Instead of making false statements, Tauro Markets should focus on actually resolving customer issues and returning client funds.
Potential customers should be very careful, as my experience shows a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and proper customer support.

Tauro Markets is a completely fraudulent company that has taken my funds and has not returned them to date. I have been continuously trying to contact them for over a month, but I have received no response, nor have my funds been refunded.
This company is not trustworthy and demonstrates highly unprofessional and unethical behavior. I strongly advise others to stay away and remain cautious, as they unjustifiably block accounts and fail to return clients’ money. I strongly disagree with Tauro Markets’ claim that I did not respond to their compliance requests.
I have contacted their support and compliance team multiple times and have already submitted the required documents. Saying that I didn’t respond is simply not true.
For a long time now, I’ve been waiting for their reply and a proper resolution, but instead I’m facing delays and a lack of clear communication. This is extremely frustrating and concerning.
I urge Tauro Markets to review their records properly and acknowledge my previous communications. If anything is still required, they should clearly specify it instead of making incorrect claims.
I expect transparency and a fair resolution without any further delays.

Tauro Approved My Documents, Then Rejected Them to Block Withdrawal
Tauro company is a fraud. They are not returning my money even though it is my original deposit. Without any valid reason, they are withholding my funds. I already submitted proof of address and proof of ID, which they first approved when I deposited the money. But later, when I requested a withdrawal, they deliberately rejected my documents and started demanding more unnecessary personal documents. We promptly informed you by email on 09/09/2025 that a new proof of residence would be required. You did not respond to this request, and in accordance with our policies, it was not possible to process any withdrawal order without a genuine and up-to-date document. Therefore, the claim that your documents were rejected during a withdrawal attempt is incorrect.
Additionally, as soon as you confirmed the account closure on 15/09/2025, your funds were immediately sent the same day.

Unethical Behavior – CPA Commission Not Paid Despite Meeting All Conditions
I was working with TauroMarkets under a CPA partnership agreement on account ID 36622. The offer was clearly defined:
$800 CPA for clients depositing between $1,000 and $2,999
$1,100 CPA for clients depositing $3,000 or more
Commission is paid after 2 lots are traded per client
Payment is made on the 15th of the following month, only if ROI is 2 or higher (ROI = Net Deposit ÷ Total Commission)
In May, I brought in clients with a total Net Deposit of $15,224, and my total commission was $4,900. That makes the ROI = 3.1, which is clearly above the required threshold.
However, on June 15, instead of receiving my due commission, TauroMarkets suddenly closed my partner account (36622) without warning or explanation, and refused to pay what I had earned fairly
This is completely unethical and unprofessional behavior. I met all the conditions of the deal, and yet the company avoided payment by simply closing the account.
I strongly warn others against dealing with this company. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate further and share this experience on more platforms

Thanks for reaching out. Following a recent internal review, we have identified a pattern of irregularities among several Affiliates in the same network you belong to. These findings represent a serious breach of the Partner Agreement you accepted upon registering with Tauro Markets, specifically Clause 7.1:
“Any form of fraud, unethical behavior, or prohibited trading practices by the Partner, including but not limited to arbitrage, cookie-stuffing, or falsifying information, will result in immediate termination of the Agreement, forfeiture of commissions, and possible legal action. The Partner must not use any persons, means, devices or arrangements to commit fraud, violate any applicable law, interfere with other Partners, or falsify information in connection with referrals through the Links or the generation of Commissions, or exceed the permitted access to the Partner Program. Such acts include, but are not limited to, using automated means to increase the number of clicks through the Links, completing required information using such means, or engaging in spyware, stealware, cookie-stuffing, and other deceptive acts or click-fraud. The Company shall make all determinations about fraudulent activity at its sole discretion.”
This clause empowers the company to take necessary actions to protect its commercial interests, as further outlined in Clause 7.2:
“The Company may terminate this Agreement without notice and the Partner’s participation in the Partner Program and/or detach a Client from the Partner and/or cancel all orders and annul all profits and/or remove and deduct any Promotional Material that might be offered from time to time from the Partner’s account and/or the Client’s account, should the Partner and/or any of the Clients commit or be suspected of any fraud, abuse of position, collusion, manipulation, arbitrage, or other forms of deceitful or fraudulent trading or activity, or breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement or the conditions set out in Appendix A.”
As a result, we are terminating your Master Affiliate Account and all associated Sub Affiliate Accounts in accordance with Clauses 9.8 and 10.4:
“If the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that the Partner has acted in breach of any term of this Agreement, or has acted fraudulently and against the best interests of the Company, it reserves the right to withhold the agreed compensation (as per Appendix A) and terminate the relationship with immediate effect, without prior notice.”
“The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, or any rights the Partner may have under it, without notice, in the event of any malpractice, breach, failure, or other significant issue — including insolvency or liquidation — at the sole discretion of the Company.”
While we do appreciate your feedback and note your claim about the ROI, the latter does not supersede the agreement you have accepted upon registration at Tauro Markets. Therefore, we have terminated your Partnership Agreement as per the above clauses.
